We have had a fantastic stay, a 5 minute walk to 2 of the old town gates and the cable car. Pizza place next door and some great local restaurants on the doorstep. The property had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Maro was great throughout arranging our transfers both ways and allowed us to keep the apartment for a few hours extra until our transfer. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic! Just minutes from the gate into Old Town. A market, bakery, coffee shop are all just a few minutes walk away. The cable car station is just up the stairs from the back of the parking lot adjacent to the apartment. The apartment itself is cozy, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this as an affordable alternative to a hotel!

This stay could not have been much better. Located right outside of Old Town, this Airbnb offered me and the people I stayed with a unique opportunity to visit the entire surrounding area while also having a perfect spot to go relax when needed. The apartment is brilliantly situated just a two minute walk from Ploce gate into the Old Town. It is really clean and nicely laid out with a modern feel, and good facilities. Plenty of accessories such as clean towels, toiletries etc was great. Maro who manages the apartment could not have been more responsive or helpful, he was brilliant! Would definitely stay there again if returning to Dubrovnik.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. I would suggest using Ploce Gate to get into the old town if you want to avoid using steps.

Amazing place near the Ploce gate located in a quiet area. Easy walk to the entrance of the gate with no stairs, even my 78 year old mom had no problem going there. It’s also near the cable car, just a climb of stairs away, so pretty convenient location. The place itself is great, we (family of 4) had plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed as we had our breakfasts at home. I highly recommend this place, specially if you want to avoid the crowd and the steps of the old town.

The apartment was located directly outside the old town. Many activities were within a few minutes walk. Inside, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. My family and I were delighted with our stay here. Our host Maro met with us on arrival made us feel most welcome and provided lots of useful information about the apartment and surrounding area. Não há aviso de forma esclarecedora antes do turista estacionar o veículo. O turista acha que está pagando por diária, mas na hora de realizar o pagamento descobre que está pagando por hora, o valor é um absurdo de caro. No meu caso paguei 450 euros por menos de 03 dias. Quando questionei o valor fui informado que deveria solicitar pessoalmente no guichê a troca para valor em diária. Como eu disse você estaciona achando que é por diária mas paga por hora, ou seja, o turista é lesado vergonhosamente. Tomem cuidado com o referido estacionamento.

This is a gem of a property. 3 minutes walk from Ploce gate of the walled old town. 2 very comfortable bedrooms, well appointed modern apartment. Super quiet despite location. Host met us to show us around. Great outdoor area for enjoying and drying clothes (small clothes line and property has a washing machine.) Great kitchen - ate in one night and enjoyed the dining table and living room. Close to small supermarket and bakery. Bus stop outside. Close to restaurants- great pizza behind the apartment and Me Gusta Restaurant had great food and wine too.

The location was perfect. Just a few steps outside the massive walls of the Old City of Dubrovnik, near one of the entry gates -- which meant we could easily spend as much time in the Old City as we wanted, while not staying in the midst of its hubbub of tourists. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and well appointed/equipped. With a quiet porch and a washing machine, no less. The agent handling the property, Maro, coordinated with us on our arrival and was very helpful in orienting us, and he was very responsive when we texted him with a few questions during our stay.

This apartment exceeded my expectations! It was a perfect fit for my family of five. It was incredibly clean and perfect home away from home. The host thought of everything and provided coffee, soaps, a couple of waters, all of the small things that make your stay a little more comfortable. We loved Apartment Mani. Maro greeted us on arrival and was really helpful and friendly. The location is superb - really close to the fabulous city walls so everything is walkable. Also really close to both the drop off and pick up points for the airport shuttle bus. The apartment is a lovely space, beautifully clean and comfortable, and really peaceful given how close to the Old Town it is. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the supply of hair dryer, straighteners and the acoustic guitar! We had a great stay.

We had a great stay. Perfect location. Host was very friendly, helpful using him to book pick up and drop off for airport was perfect, clean and comfortable. Bathroom bit of a squueze, and shower was never very hot, even though we kept the switch on all the time. Huge problem with midges, which was not something our host could control but all very badly bitten inside and out. And finally the photos show a very nice looking dinning tabke with comfy chairs, so you cud eat a meal outside, it has been changed to lounge chairs and sofa with coffee table, which was nice but not practical for a lovely evening meal or breakfast. Lovely stay though.

We got picked up by the taxi Mani recommended and the driver messaged him as we arrived so he was there to great us. He spent time explaining the area and giving us recommendations for places to eat. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay. The house had everything we needed. It was right between two of the gates so you had the choice of the 100 steps onto the Stradun or the nice gentle slope to the harbour entrances. Lady PiPi for a meal is highly recommended you can go early for a drink to secure a seat for 5.30 service. We did the Dubrovnik 3 day pass and made great use of it. Beware that you have to do the wall walk and fortress within 24 hours of each other.

We had a great experience staying here. The location of the apartment is supurb, only being a 5-10 minute walk into Old Town and was well appointed, clean and modern. I suppose the only downside was that the second double bedroom was very small, but we managed. Ivan, who I was mostly communicating with was great. He was attentive to our needs and changes of plan and did whatever he could to accommodate any requests. Would highly recommend this apartment to stay in.

The location was amazing. It was walking distance to both Old Town (<5min to Ploce Gate and at most a 15min walk to Pile Gate) and the cable car. You could not ask for a better location. The apartment was clean, modern and the air conditioning worked very well. Maro and Ivan were great hosts and were very responsive (and helped arrange for airport pickup as well). We had a lovely stay at Mani. - Location- Perfect. Right outside the Old Town. Excellent for an Uber drop off/pick up. There are a couple of very affordable restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Every day we walked to the famous Banje Beach. - Communication- The host was very responsive. They also arranged our transportation from the airport (for a fee). - Apartment- Clean, nicely decorated and organized. It has all the amenities. Convenient for a family stay. The highlight was a book collection “Five Centuries of Croatian Literature” that I enjoyed reading on a beautiful and peaceful patio. This was an enjoyable experience.

In a word magnificent! The photos did NOT do it justice it was better. Our host Maro meet us at the apartment & he was excellent, very helpful & informative. The location was superb, 150m from the Buza Gate for the Old Town. Just underneath the cable car, couldn’t get a closer location to the old town. We stayed for 3 nights & enjoyed getting back to our apartment away from the crowds in the old town. We would without hesitation recommend this apartment, everything about it is magnificent. The apartments was perfect. Clean, modern and well equipped. It is two minutes walk to the old town in one direction and two minute in the other to the mountain cable car. Being just outside the city walls our airport transfer (organised through the hosts) was able to drop us at the door. Whereas, anything inside the walls would require walking in with your luggage as Dubrovnik is completely pedestrianised. The hosts were superb, they were waiting for us on arrival and throughout, were extremely responsive to our few questions. They even went above and beyond and let us store our cases after check out until our later airport transfer. I cannot rate this apartment (and the hosts) highly enough. It is difficult to say how our stay could have been improved and was amongst the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had.

The apartment is just opposite the old city wall and up from a bakery and grocery shop. The kitchen area and living space is great, but the best part is the outside space, the photo&#39;s don&#39;t give it justice. It was so lovely to have breakfast outside in the sun. Ivan was a responsive and helpful host. The property was in a great locations and very walkable to most areas of old town. Close to Ploce Gate and the beautiful harbour area. There are a couple of dogs close to the apartment entrance but they didn’t really bother us. Apartment was very modern, clean and had everything you need. We didn’t use the garden because there were a lot of mosquitoes but with the old town so close we spent the majority of the day out. Recommend visiting Cavtat, lovely harbour area and very reasonably priced. Also visited Lokrum a beautiful island.

Literally across the street from old town, right next to a delicious pizzeria. Super private and safe and comfortable and clean and well designed. One of the bedrooms has been remodeled and looks a bit different from the pictures, it's a bit small but everything was super comfortable it wasn't a problem for us. We did use the washer and unfortunately it didn't drain all the water out so our clothes were extremely wet and we had to lay them around the living room, so wouldn't recommend using that (maybe we didn't know how set it properly?). But beyond that loved the location and would definitely stay again.

This was a well appointed and well designed use of space. It really has everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik . Well located just 2mins to the city walls. Ivan was very easy to communicate with and had lots of suggestions for our stay on arrival. The accommodation has no views which did not bother us as we were out most of the day. It can be quite dark inside the property simply because of its location and you do need to have the lights on inside at any time of day. That aside a very comfortable 4 night stay.

We had a brilliant time staying here, the apartment was the perfect base to explore the city from, the location couldn’t have been any better. Ivan was really helpful and communicative and arranged airport transfers for us on arrival and departure which were cheaper than the local taxi service. This place is absolutely amazing... the location is perfect as it is right by the city centre walls with a fantastic restaurant right next door. It's just out the way so you don't get a lot of tourists coming by and it was large, clean and very well equipped. We will certainly be coming back.

Apartment Mani is a great 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. The master bedroom is large and very comfortable, the 2nd bedroom is a bit small but very adequate for a short stay. We were treated like royalty with fruit, juice, water and even beer in or refrigerator. The apartment is in a safe, fantastic location, right next door to the Old Town Dubrovnik, literally 100yds away. it is located very near to a grocery, a laundry, banks, a beach, great pizza and the list goes on. Very private yet open and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Ivan the host is great, with excellent communication and guidance on things to do.
