It provides a functional layout with one double bed and two single beds, two bathrooms, and a cozy living room. The private balcony measures 8 m², perfect for relaxing outdoors. Guests enjoy access to a shared swimming pool (in use from May to September) and a shared BBQ area in the courtyard surrounded by greenery. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Private parking is available on site. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Pets are not permitted. A baby cot can be provided on request at no extra charge.

VILLA FJORD Two-Bedroom Apartment 3 is a 3  star Apartment.It is located in Brajkovići - small village 10 km from Rovinj and 4 km from Lim Fjord Canal where is located the nearest beach.Interior size is 47 m2 and the balcony is 8 m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden.  In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen. The pool is not available for use from 21st September- 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
