This two-bedroom apartment in Rovinj offers 55 m² of comfortable living space plus a 17 m² balcony. It is suitable for up to 6 guests, with two double beds and an extra foldable double sofa. The open plan living area is air-conditioned, and both bedrooms have separate air conditioning for added comfort. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests can enjoy a shared BBQ area in the courtyard and benefit from a private parking space on site. One child under 3 years old can stay free using existing beds, and a baby cot is available free of charge upon request. Pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 14:00–22:00, with check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 7:00, and parties are not allowed.

MONPELOSO Two-Bedroom Apartment 1 (veći, gore) is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in Borik - part of the town very close to beautiful beaches and 3 km from town centre. In high season, the connection to the town center is excellent: frequent bus and taxi boat lines. The accommodation is located near the Family Hotel Amarin, which offers a wide variety of sports activities for all age groups, as well as playgrounds for children. Interior size is 55 m2 and balcony is 17 m2. It is located on floor: 1. An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.
