If this accommodation is available for your holiday you should not hesitate to book! 5/5 stars doesn’t begin to justify the comfortable interior/location in the town and some of the most extraordinary sunsets-direct view from the balcony. The host is genuine and passionate about providing information in the area that aligns with the guests itinerary and making sure the experience in Rovinj goes beyond basic tourism. I’ve stayed at many air bnbs, vrbos, hotels and this home is truly a special find.

The apartment was superb it was immaculately presented catered for every need all small details were taken care off down to warm throws provided to sit out on the balcony in the evenings, beautiful crockery lovely toiletries a coffee pod selection of teas the list was endless the location couldn’t have been more central and the views from all rooms were just very special. We very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend we all hope to come back here again some day in the future and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else . We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It was very tastfully decorated and had everything you would need. Location was perfect, and the views from the balcony exceptional. The host was very helpful, and was always happy to assist throughout our stay. I would recommend this apartment, just note that there are many floors and stairs.. Rovinj is a beautiful town, with many wonderful restaurants and the people were very nice.

This apartment is exceptional! By far, the best one we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and super clean, and the location is perfect! The views and sunsets from the balcony are incredible. We didn't want to leave! The host is just as lovely as the apartment. Her communication with us was great. A helpful tip for those with a car ... The apartment is in a pedestrian-only zone. We had a rental car and parked it in Zone 4 Ulica Vitomira Sirole (about 1.5 km from the apartment). We paid 7 euros/day in September and used the Be Move app to pay for all five days at once. There are golf cart transfer services you can use to bring you into town to the apartment with your luggage. We used Sunny-to Go - they were great.

The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is comfortable, and every room is just designed with a lot of attention to detail. You get a breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony, and it's just two minutes away, along with the downtown. The host, Orjeta, was very helpful, giving us helpful tips on parking, eating out, and everything else there is to do in Rovinj. 10 / 10, would definitely return.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüsst. Die Lage ist ideal: Ruhig, aber trotzdem nahe an Restaurants und mit direktem Zugang zum Meer in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

We loved this apartment, it’s the perfect place to stay in Rovinj. The view of the Adriatic from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is central in the old town, with bars and restaurants right outside the door, and the beautiful «beach» just a couple of minutes walk away (rocky formations where you can sunbathe, jump or use practical steps into the water). Although is is bustling outside the apartment, it is quiet due to very well insulated windows. The apartment, which is on three floors, feels very clean, airy and with a lot of attention to detail. The owners are very helpful and attentive. When there was a problem with the WiFi, it was immediately fixed. I cannot think of a better place to stay in Rovinj.

It’s rare to get an apartment that has everything you want and this did just that. The location was perfect, the views incredible with the sea on one side and the restaurants on the other. To be able to sit on the balcony and watch the boats going by, listening to waves gently lapping and enjoying the sun or sunset was an absolute bonus. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The host communicated well and met us at the apartment for check in and out. Very friendly and helpful with details for parking and general information. Would love to return. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Zuhause für ein paar Tage haben wir in Rovinj direkt am Meer und doch mittendrin für unseren Aufenthalt gefunden. Es war alles da, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Check- In war tiptop und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen: ein kleines Juwel mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht über die Bucht von Rovinj. Wir kommen wieder!

Vi havde et skønt ophold i denne private lejlighed midt i Rovinjs pulserende byliv. Selvom vi havde massevis af turister på gaden lige udenfor lejligheden, så hørte vi intet til dem. Meget privat og rolig bolig med den skønneste udsigt ud over vandet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og vi blev nemt og bekvemt fulgt til boligen ved ankomst. Check-in og out gik helt problemfrit. Et kæmpe plus er at værten havde sørget for blandt andet toiletpapir og opvasketabs til hele ugen. Noget man sjældent oplever i Air BnB boliger. Desuden havde værten nogle rigtig fine anbefalinger til os på blandt andet restauranter og privat bådtur. TAK for denne gang. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.

What more can I add to what was already stated here? Super communicative and accommodating hosts and a clean, beautifully equipped apartment. Can't think of a better location: right in the old town, but with a balcony right over the sea and a stunning view. We were two dads and two 18-year old daughters, stayed for 8 nights, had an amazing time and found the place to be comfortable and well-suited for our size group. A/C on each floor made coming back to the house enjoyable during this week of high heat and humidity. Highly, highly recommended.

The location so close to everything, the splendid balcony overlooking the sea and such stylish decor. Bathrobes were a nice touch as well as a great supply of towels, toilet rolls and excellent kitchen utensils. The location was perfect, there was everything you can imagine to be supplied by an apartment. There were 6 of us staying and no-one found a fault anywhere. The host were also very kind and generous. The only thing I would say is that although we had 2 sets of keys, we did struggle sometimes to coordinate each other and another set of keys would have been a bit more helpful but I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is in an amazing location next to so many things all by walking distance. We were traveling with a baby and our host made sure to have a cot set up for us and even a high chair. Very comfortable and clean stay. The host provided many great restaurant recommendations as well. And the views from the balcony are hard to beat

My partner and I stayed at Orjeta and Mauricio’s home for four days, and to say our time in the apartment and Rovinj exceeded our expectations may be an understatement. Our focus in renting was the view of the sea and location close to everything in Old Town, and the apartment delivered on both. The space itself is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and the kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast and tea each day. Orjeta was helpful with recommendations for where to get groceries, where to find the best bakery, and which restaurants to be sure to visit. She was not wrong with any of them! (DEFINITELY visit the restaurant across the street!) She also led us to free parking and helped us navigate getting our bags to the apartment. Do not pass up the chance to stay in this fantastic place with wonderful hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Restaurants, supermarket, shops and wonderful bakery and the outdoor market are on your doorstep. Glazed windows make it very quiet when needed. And there is quiet and very efficient air conditioning that can be adjusted for each part of the apartment. Very good shower with plenty of clean towels. Furnishings are tasteful and in very good condition. WiFi worked very well. Not for people who struggle with stairs.

The apt is magical right in the middle of Old Town with spectacular ocean views off the deck. There are restaurants, cafes and shops right out the front door; yet the apt was very quiet and peaceful inside. The inside was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities one would need. Top Spot! We totally agree that this place is amazing. Perfectly placed for sight seeing, with very clean and modern facilities. The accommodation is split over three floors and three floors up from the street so you get your steps in! The large master bedroom is the top (3rd) floor and has a sloped ceiling, the bathroom is on the first floor with the kitchen, and the smaller 2nd bedroom is on the second floor with the lounge and doors to the incredible balcony. We booked the apartment for just the two of us, it is well equipped, plenty of hot water and the air-con works well. Rovinj itself is beautiful. A huge number of very good restaurants (Santa Croce opposite is faultless) The owners have bikes you can hire and we cycled around the bay to the National Park which is beautiful and the wooded bar areas are a great spot for a beer when the weather is hot. Boat trips are easy to book from the harbour too. Book this apartment - you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

The appartment is top notch in terms of standard and location and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It was surreal. It was recently renovated and it was done very well. The windows are brand new and sound proof, so the noise from bars and restaurants outside was no problem. The stairs was no problem for our 5 year old either. There was a AC in every floor and the units worked very well. The location is suberb, and the ambience surrounding the house was magic. Great place to stay! We will definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Rovinj! The location is perfect - situated directly in the old town of the city! Three levels with a lot of stairs. Older people should keep that in mind. But everything is beautifully equipped, the view is amazing and we had a great time. Can definitely recommend staying there. Easy communication with the hosts. Luggage can be brought directly to the building which was really good and helpful (as usually you cannot go by car into the old town). Enjoy your time at this lovely place!

Fanastic AC - effective and quiet, which for us is really important! it has a balcony with a very nice view, fantastic spot to have privacy, but to get the gist of the night life right at our feet ;) Fantastic! There's no lift, so careful about the heavy luggage ;) Also, if you're not a fan of getting into the water from the rocks, you'll have to walk a bit to the beach. Still, yu're right in the middle of the old town, which just bears its consequences ;)
