Great apartment - beautiful outdoor terrace where I sat in the morning with my tea : ), great location - in the old city - very convenient to everything. Rovinj has a BEAUTIFUL old city and here you will be inside it. The host was very responsive and we loved our stay - highly recommend!!

Nevia was a gracious host. she greated us with a glass of homemade wine. Her location is good, quiet but close to the Old Town action. we really enjoyed ROVINJ and would recommend staying here. Nothing fancy but everything you need. thanks, Caroline and Marcel from Canada

Great spot in Rovinj. Within the old town and yet still quiet from the city noise. Also pretty close to a good sized grocery store. We stayed with two small kids (baby and toddler) and it was nice that each room and the kitchen had a door to shut to keep the rooms quiet for naps. We also appreciated that the bathroom is apart from the bedrooms which kept the rooms quiet. We could occasionally hear the host and her family that live adjacent. Internet works, but can be pretty slow. Host was very sweet with us and the kids.

We loved our stay in Rovinj. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and the location was perfect for exploring the old town. Nevia was a lovely welcoming and helpful host. One thing to bear in mind is that Rovinj old town doesn't have a beach, the accommodation is listed as 10mins from the beach but this isn't a 'beach' it is steps and rocks where you can get into the water to swim. This was the only drawback we found with staying in Rovinj, with a child and no car, decent beaches were 30mins + walk away and taxis were quite expensive. However if your looking for a town break with great restaurants, lovely streets to explore, with beaches nearby, and boat trips and ferries to the local islands, Rovinj was beautiful and this accommodation was just perfect.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Es war sehr sauber. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben Melone und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk und einen guten Tipp für das Parken bekommen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Alles war perfekt!

We had a lovely 5 days at Neivas apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Rovinj. Steps away from the old town and close enough to walk to different beaches (within 15min walk). We didn’t have a car so we didn’t have to worry about parking which might be something to consider. The facilities are good for cooking dinner and washing clothes. Nevia was so kind and generous offering homemade wine and vegetables. We really appreciated it. The courtyard is an amazing bonus, so lovely and bright and a perfect place to relax. Also safe for the kids to play. Wifi is a tad slow but our roaming worked well when we needed it for work so not a huge problem. Thanks for a great time!

We stayed two nights at this apartment, which is well located to explore Rovinj. The host was a very friendly lady who takes pride in her property, which includes a private garden patio for guests to use. The apartment is simple in decoration, but was spotless, spacious, and easy to move around in, with two private bedrooms, kitchen/living room, spacious bathroom, and that wonderful patio! Happy to recommend.

Very clean and easy to access all areas of Rovinj. Only complaint was that the 2nd night there were scooters racing up the street until about 2am. The first night that didn’t happen, so that could have been a one-time thing. Overall I would highly recommend.

Host very nice and available. The apartment is great for a family with 2 children or 2 couples since it has 2 double size beds and two rooms. The kitchen appliances are all there and the bathroom is clean. Mosquitos can give you a hard time. The main street is very close and the area is very peaceful. Close to the main parking lot.

We thank the hosts for their hospitality. We had a great rest and spent time by the sea. The apartment is in a very good location, practically in the city center, clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary household equipment. The beds in 2 rooms are comfortable, a large kitchen, a cozy corner in the enclosed courtyard allows you to cook your own food and spend evenings in the courtyard, which is rare in the old town.

Super lokalizacja w centrum, przy tym Cicho i spokojnie, czysto; miła i komunikatywna właścicielka. Apartament położony niecałe 5min od centrum historycznego Rovinj, dwie sypialnie, kuchnia połączona z pokojem dziennym, klima, łazienka. Wejście przez urocze patio pełne kwiatów. Gospodyni poczęstowała nas na powitanie swojskim winem Malvasia, dała mapkę miasta i poinformowała o parkingach. Najbliższe parkingi 2 i 3 zone są w odległości 10min spacerem od apartamentu także luz.. jesteśmy zachwyceni samym zakwaterowaniem jak i miastem. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

Ottima Posizione, location molto bella e caratteristica, in pieno centro e vicino ai parcheggi, casa molto pulita ma ci aspettavamo un cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani a metà settimana che non è avvenuto. Doccia e scarico del bagno da sistemare.
