Jadranka was a very kind and welcoming host. We left behind some personal items and she went out of her way to help us solve the problem. The apartment was located a fairly short walk from the main part of Rovinj. Appreciated having a private parking spot on the property.

The location of this property is excellent! It’s very close to the centre of town and easy to get to with a car. The outdoor spaces are lovely and have nice breeze throughout the day. The property is well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. Our hostess was charming … she was welcoming, on site for assistance and very helpful. This is an ideal property for 2 couples visiting Rovinj.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the trip even better. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio, having air conditioning to keep cool, and the convenience of a parking space. The kitchen was fully functional with a good-sized refrigerator, which made it easy to enjoy our leftovers at home. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, cool apartment in a great location minutes walk from Rovinj old town and harbour. Jadranka was such a lovely, helpful host. Was a hot week so especially appreciated the air conditioning, fans, and shaded courtyard - a great place to return to after walking in town or at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was really great - a short two minute walk to get into town, but not so close as to deal with noise. The porch was very nice and the apartment had everything we needed.

Although not easy to find by car in the narrow, one-way streets of Rovinj, once there we discovered that Apartment Un Chat is well located: 5-10 minutes walk to the waterfront cafes. restaurants and bars, with all the service shops you could require in the quaint cobblestone streets behind. The 'island" old town is another 5-10 minutes further on. The lovely host met us at the premises and showed us around the apartment which we found homely and comfortable, albeit slightly on the small size.

Great place for 3 people. Host communicated perfectly. Just great location, and dedicated parking place sure made it convenient. I would not want to take a full size car on final few alleys to her place, but small SUV made it. Towels barely adequate, but can always clean em in machine. Washing machine work fine. Nice to have coffee in sunny back garden. Very good overall.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin 👍👍👍👍👍 100% weiter zum empfehlen 🍀. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Die Betten sind sehr gut zum schlafen,,es fehlt absolut nicht ,weder Bad oder Küche, Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen. Vielen dank an die Gastgeberin für ihre freundliche Begegnung .👍👍🍀🍀🤗🤗

Das Appartement ist super zentral gelegen. Man ist in 2 Minuten in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Besitzerin Jadranka ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vollends genossen.

Appartamento spazioso e oltre al terrazzo sul retro dispone di posto auto. Posizione invidiabile, in centro; davvero due passi e si è sulla Carrera ma nello stesso tempo leggermente appartato per godersi serate in tranquillità. La proprietaria è una persona super disponibile e precisa. Grazie del bel soggiorno.

Very spacious accommodation in the area of old Rovinj that is still reachable by a car (which was important to us). Safe off-street parking is provided. Rovinj historical centre is a short walk away. Plenty of places to choose for food. The apartment outdoor area got a lot of use in first couple of days as there was a nice breeze to cool us down. We have been received by Jadranka. It was easy to communicate with her and she was very helpful providing us with advice on beaches, places to eat etc. Rovinj is a beautiful town, and this apartment is an excellent place to choose to stay.

Really great place. The only negative was a very small hot water heater. One out of 3 of us had hot water.

Ottima posizione dal centro e dal supermercato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Non si può saldare il conto con la carta. Ma dopo il mio viaggio in croazia è una cosa comune pagare tutto in contanti. Accettano sia euro che kn. Ma per chi è abbituato a pagare con carta è un disagio.

The apartment was a decent size and quite nice. The backyard was absolutely wonderful to have your morning coffee or evening wine. Our host was also very helpful and nice and accommodating. The location was close to everything, yet removed from any noise and the private parking was appreciated. I would recommend. The bathrooms and kitchen fixtures, etc were a little older/run down but really not that bad and as the price was reasonable and everything else was great this can easily be overlooked.
