Let me start with what really stood out: Martina’s place is a short walk from the castle, the old town, and several great restaurants. It’s newly renovated, sparkling clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with charming details and stylish furniture. Martina clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining the space and is a proactive, responsive host. That said, the apartment is noticeably smaller than it appears in the photos. The living room, kitchen, and dining area all together - and tiny. Staying here with two young children (ages 7 and 3) was therefore a bit of a challenge - especially during breakfast time. I was also bothered by a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell, though the apartment itself is completely smoke-proof. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Martina’s place and would happily stay again—just with a smaller crowd :)

We really loved our stay here! We spent four wonderful days in Ljubljana and found the location perfect — close enough to the city center but still nice and quiet. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The only reason we didn’t give a full 5/5 is that the beds could have been a bit more comfortable, and there were only limited supplies like dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

The apartment was in a great location, just a few minutes walking distance from the lovely old part of town. It was in pristine condition and we felt right at home upon walking in (with easy digital keys). It’s very peaceful, nicely furnished, and bright. The communications with the host were always prompt and friendly throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Easy parking, the neighbourhood is safe enough, although the small playground nearby is a meeting place for people who enjoy drinking "a few" pints in the evening. There's a minimarket close to the flat and the city centre is at walking distance. The flat is cosy, there's a TV with lots of streaming services apps available (you need to log in with your own account though) and I believe cable/sat TV as well (we were able to watch foreign channels)

Vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backrohr, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirr, Waschmaschine etc. alles Nötige vorhanden. Nette Gastgeberin hat rasch und freundlich auf Anfragen reagiert, alle Infos schon vor der Reise geschickt, sich erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

If I was even returning to Ljubljana I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The place was gorgeous with a cute balcony, so close to town but absolutely silent at night so I slept so well. Can't recommend this place highly enough, thank you so much Martina we had an amazing time!

We had a great stay here, the apartment was a perfect size for us (two adults and two children), the kitchen is very modern and well equipped, the bathroom is also modern and great to use and It was nice to have a balcony. The location is great and just a small (5 minute) walk to the fantastic Ljubljana old town and the host recommended a local coffee place which is a bar in the evening) and we visited multiple times, and also the super market which is very convenient and both are very close. The host was super responsive, friendly and helpful and the apartment was super easy to get in (which was especially good as we had a late flight and arrived a midnight). All in all we loved our trip and Slovenia in general and will be back one day.

We enjoyed our stay at Martina's apartment. It was very clean, exactly as on the photos. Good amenities and solid internet for work. Location is very covenient as it is only couple of minutes walk to city center. Beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and bathroom was spacious with washer for longer stays. The only disadvantage (but it is clearly communicated so no surprise) is that apartment is on the 4th floor which is sometimes challenging with luggage and kids. Second thing is parking around the house which is paid (around 10 euro per day) and sometimes it took longer to find the spot. Overall I recommend the place and Martina and her team as hosts!

The kitchen was fully equipped. This comes from someone who often travels with own set of knives, cutting board, and a saucepan. For this apartment, it is not necessary. I also really liked the location - just outside the historic centre, walking distance.
