Fantastic trip to Dubrovnik. Accomodation was in great location, close enough to walk to old town, restaurants nearby if fancy a change from old town. Great to have some outside space for morning coffee or evening drinks. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Mateo was a great host. He allowed us to check in a little early and gave us a thorough walk through of the beautiful apartment and recommendations for the trip. He also helped us to arrange a boat trip to the Elefiti islands. Apartment is well located 20 minutes sceneic walk from Pile gate. 10 minutes from Belveiw beach and 30 minutes walk to Lapad. Situated on a hill so needed to be relatively fit to walk up the steps if walking back from the town. Recommend using uber for getting around. Apartment is as described. Balcony view is great. We were a family of 4 and very comfortable. Only one toilet but seperate shower room so plenty of mirror space etc. Kitchenette small but we mostly ate out. Small dinning table on balcony for breakfast or lunch. 3 or 4 great spots for takeaway lunch food and a bakery for breakfast 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would be happy to return if visiting area.

Beautiful apartment that was overlooking the bay. Very clean. Had a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The host was very responsive. Parking available at the apartment which was a requirement for us since we were driving a few cities in the balkans. Was 20 min walk to old town. We stayed here for three nights in August 2024. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and felt akin to a hotel suite, it’s very nicely decorated. Superb air conditioning. Lovely balcony with views. Location is great but it’s a slog back up hill from the beach to the apartment. We walked into the old town and got an Uber back each night for about 15 Euros. Note that it’s effectively a one bedroom flat being used as a two bedroom flat; this means there’s no separate sitting room, and the kitchen is really only useful for making a cup of tea. There’s not really anywhere suitable to sit and eat a meal if you were to cook one ( the table on the balcony is too low to eat from) Check in could have been better; we had to wait 20 minutes for the host to arrive because he hadn’t read his messages. Frustrating after a long day’s travel; why not just put a key safe on the property. We enjoyed it though and would stay again.

We loved the flat. The terrasse was great, the rooms beautiful and stylish. It was all clean and inviting. Both Old Town and Lokrum is in walking distanse. Our stay was magnificent. The only drawback was that we ended up waiting 45 minutes outside the door on our day of arrival and that communication with renters during the stay was challenging (as in being slow). Communication prior to arrival was fine.

Das Apartment ist in guter Lage und top ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Schöner großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zur Stadt sind es ca. 1,5 km. Da wir ein Leihauto hatten, haben wir uns die umliegenden Strände angesehen. Parkplätze sind vorm Haus. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Mateo hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und uns alles erklärt. Ein gelunger Urlaub, wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall weiter.

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. High standard. 2 sunbeds and sitting group on the terracce overlooking the Adriatic Sea. 15 minutes walk to old town. Good communication with owner. Helpful with all required information and transport. We would love to come back!

Our location was perfectfor us, half way between Old Town & Sunset Beach. Comfortable shoes are a must and shoes if your going for a dip in the sea. The restaurants were absolutely at the peak of the pricey side, and the service was a bit void in regular shops. The one stand out was Otto's Street Food ***** value quality and a helpful smile.

The balcony has amazing views and Ivan was on hand whenever we needed him, check in was really straightforward and Ivan also recommended some lovely restaurants and day trips which he helped organise. The apartment is great, nice terrace and air conditioner in everything. Ivan (the guy that received us) was amazing. Is not an apartment to cook, the kitchen super small so do just fast thing like a breakfast. Is 2 bathrooms but one only with a toilet and other only with the shower (what is good when you are travelling with more people). You can go walking to de old town, and close to markets and atms. but is hard go back walking from the city during summer, super hot and a long way up, uber is way easier

Good terrace and nice views! the host is attentive and gave us a good overview and suggestions what to do and where to eat etc. there is no storage facilities so if you need to leave luggage after check out you won’t be able to do that. We were in high season so the check out was punctual. There were a few things we had to buy ourselves as we quickly run out of them incl. shower gel, toilet paper. Otherwise, it’s a nice option for a few days!
