Five stars for a friendly host, charming apartment, excellent location, and easy check-in. It is important to note that while the listing says three beds, we were charged extra for the third bed to be set up (which involved adding a sheet to the futon) even though we had four confirmed guests. Otherwise, great experience.

A lovely retreat in the heart of the historic city! It was very warm during our visit and we appreciated this cool space. As the pictures represent very well, there are steep stairs to and within the unit, and it is in the old city with steep cobbled streets. Well equipped, too. The unit is owned by a company and the hosts assistant was very responsive to questions. Thank you!

Our stay in Rovinj benefit of the modern perfectly cleaned apartment, it was located in the center of the old town and sourrounded by a lot of restaurants. Not the forget the perfect location just a stone throw away of the beach. At our check in we have been greeted by a kind woman that escorded us to our apartment, check out was also easy. Early check in was no problem in our case. A clear recommendation.

Fantastic location. It is a bit of a walk from parking. We packed light so it would be easy to move over the cobblestone streets. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home in the middle of old town and yet super quiet and cozy. Igor is very responsive and helped also with managing getting us great parking and our luggage from the parking place to our airbnb. Place is clean and comfortable. A/C was a lifesafer after a long beach walk. Overall great recommend with everything in walking distance. Ps: you also see the sea a bit from the window upstairs.

Location was amazing - on same street as a great little supermarket and 2 excellent restaurants / wine bars. Only a minute walk to the main beach and beach bars/restaurants. We easily walked to the apartment from the bus stop. Check in easy and they were flexible when we arrived very late. We are a family of 5 and Igor made up the sofa upstairs so the kids had plenty of space. Kitchen is basic (no oven) but we were able to make simple meals for 5. Thanks Igor

The apartment is located in the center of old town Rovinj. You can get to bars and restaurants, to the public beach to all major sights in minutes. Communication was outstanding, all of my questions were responded within a very short time, thank you. The apartment has poorly sound-proofed walls, which means you can hear the neighbors and life on the streets, but that didn't bother us too much.

Sono stato in vacanza con amici, l'appartamento è molto accogliente e anche spazioso (il soppalco è stata la stanza da me preferita). Dispone di tre climatizzatori che se accesi durante il giorno e spenti la sera, danno freschezza nelle stanze; utilissimi anche i due abbaini, entra l'aria di mare la sera e aiutano a far circolare l'aria. Cucina ad induzione a due fornelli, il primo in alto ha dato problemi all'inizio ma poi ha iniziato a funzionare egregiamente, ci si deve abituare ai tempi dell'induzione rispetto al gas ma nulla di preoccupante; frigorifero enorme e super veloce a raffreddare con possibilità di scegliere a che temperatura impostarlo. Unico appunto, non ci è stata spiegata la raccolta dei rifiuti che, a quanto sembra, viene fatta porta a porta a giorni stabiliti. La vicinanza dell'appartamento al mare è incredibile, 100m o poco più e sei sulla scogliera a nord della cittadina. Un grazie a Igor e alla sua collega Alessia per averci fornito tutte le informazioni.

Das Appartement ist sehr neu und fertig renoviert und absolut toll ausgestattet. Die Angaben in der Anzeige decken sich absolut mit dem Zustand der Wohnung, die in einem wunderbaren Zustand ist. Die Lage ist perfekt für Menschen, die es gerne ruhig und romantisch haben. Geschäfte, Lokale und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Fahrräder konnten wir neben dem Hauseingang abschließen. Igor ist ein überaus aufmerksamer und hilfreicher Gastgeber! Sowohl bei der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise, die schon außerhalb der Hauptsaison war, wurde von Igor eine Unterstützung für Transport des Gepäcks organisiert - vielen Dank dafür! Mitte der Woche wurden alle Handtücher ausgetauscht und die Betten neu bezogen – ein wunderbares Service, dass sehr viel zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen hat. Wir sind gerne wieder bei Igor zu Gast und können dieses Apartment mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Apartman je bio odličan. Nalazi se u samom centru Rovinja. Jako lijepo je uređen i čist. Osjećali smo se vrlo ugodno u njemu. Domaćin je komunikativan i brzo je odgovarao na sva naša pitanja, te svim potrebnim uputama za dolazak, boravak i odlazak. Jedini problem je parking, koji je dosta udaljen od apartmana, ali to je normalno pošto se apartman nalazi u pješačkoj zoni.

Great location in the old town - next to many restaurants and coffee places and a small supermarket for basic items. Beautiful authentic surroundings. The appartement is comfortable and nicely decorated. The whole old town, not just Igor’s apartment, is not for people with reduced mobility issues as only accessible via narrow cobble streets with no car access (save for the great service with golf cart at extra charge). The apartment is up two steep flights of stairs as well. So not to be recommended with small children or older people.

A wonderful apartment in the middle of Rovinj. The rooms are functional and very nicely furnished. The stone house makes the rooms very cool even in the warm season. A super great fridge and freezer is available. In the living area is a small kitchenette available which is absolutely enough for us. The location is quiet. The pictures are exactly the same as the reality. Check-in: uncomplicated Bathroom/WC: very clean Nearby: supermarket, charming breakfast cafe, pubs, bars We liked it very much.

The location for this place is amazing! The ocean is a minute away, yet you are the heart of old Rovinj near cafes and the church Place very easily fit our group of 5 and could have fit more Clean bright space , don’t forget to open the skylight!
