Please note the stairs to reach the apartment are narrow and steep, which may be difficult for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment is in a strict pedestrian area with no on-site parking; luggage carts are available for a small fee and the nearest public parking is about 100 m away. Check-in is 16:00–23:00 and check-out is 06:00–10:00.

Apartment MAR with Sea View is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area, with the historical town center at your doorstep and the beaches a 5-minute walk away, waiting for you to explore them. The apartment is located on two levels, on the 3rd and last floor of a traditional istrian building, offering stunning sea and city views, both from the many windows in the living room as well as the sunroof windows.

The Apartment consists of a spacious bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine...) offering breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding sea and isles. There are also two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two private bathrooms with shower and a washing machine at your disposal.

We advise all guests that the stairs leading up to the apartment are quite narrow and steep (3rd floor), so it might not be very convenient for elder people or people with walking difficulties.

Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.

Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 100 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
