I am not really sure where to start with this review, everything was amazing. The balcony is huge with a wonderful view of the sea and the coast. It has really comfortable loungers and seats and you can spend hours out there soaking it all in. The host Elena was fantastic and Maro was great during our check in. Elena left some snacks and drinks for our check in and then dropped by later with a bottle of wine. The walk into the old town was nice. It takes about 15 minutes and is very scenic. The apartment itself was nice and we had lots of room. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable with all the blankets and pillows we needed. We certainly hope to return and look back on our stay here fondly.

The apartment was all about the view. No other building or balconies to get in your way. The apartment was nice, though the kitchen setup was fairly basic. Again, back to the view. It did make stay perfect. Maro, our host, was great. Very accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. Maro arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the best sights to see. He arranged a 3 island boat tour that included transportation, lunch and drinks - fantastic!! The place is exactly as pictured and the terrace has spectacular views. There are several great restaurants within walking distance -Taj Mahal (Bosnian food) was fantastic. We did need to Uber into the Old Town as the 25 minute walk was too challenging in the heat. I highly recommend this apartment- you will not be disappointed.

It’s all about the view!! Brilliant! Huge balcony. We had 4 of us, and we basically lived on the balcony with plenty of space, sunbaking, breathtaking views, meals and drinks at sunset!! Place is very clean with everything you need to cook a meal if needed, which we did a couple of times. Little supermarket at end of lane way was perfect. Bakery around the corner. Great Pizzeria (Konoba El Toro) 4 min walk away, highly recommend both for great meal and reasonable price!! Location we loved, 12 min walk to Old Town and 12 min walk to Promenade (strip with lots of restaurants). Other bonus is Bellevue Beach, right next door-with 150 steps to manage, but worth it!!!!! Recommend 👍

After our trip to Zagreb we booked this spot because we wanted to see the some of the coast. We are a family of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing. It is not in Old Town, so you can take Uber for sightseeing, restaurants, and some of the beaches. The co host, Maro, was very helpful with arranging our transportation to and from the airport. He also gave us many recommendations for things to do there. Elena, the host, lives upstairs and she was very sweet and hospitable. She brought treats and wine to us. Everything is like the photos show on the listing. The AC works great for the warm days in August. My daughter loved that a hairdryer with diffuser was provided so she could do her curly hair. This is a great quiet place to stay if you're visiting Croatia.

As it’s been said many times before, the view from the balcony is simply stunning. We spent most evenings eating and drinking in there taking in the beautiful view. Not loads in the immediate vicinity but a short Uber ride took you to the Old Town, which is also walkable. Elena was lovely and baked us some lovely cakes and brought us bottles of wine to enjoy. We really did not want to leave and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if we returned.

We loved our stay in this very comfortable apartment with the best view in Dubrovnik. The apartment is well appointed and spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed the amazing balcony and there were two amazing swimming areas close by to cool off in the afternoons. To each old town we would take the bus that stops very close by for short ride or a short Uber for $10-$15. Grocery market is nearby as well as a few good restaurants. We were sad to leave such a nice peaceful and beautiful place

We enjoyed the home, location, and hospitality immensely. After a long day exploring, there was a quiet place with gorgeous views to return to. Miro, mgmt co, helped us getting to property with rental car, finding parking, and explained the unit. There was some very nice food and drink upon our arrival which was sincerely appreciated. The owner lives next door and dropped by to introduce herself and share some local goodies. Thoughtful! The unit is clean and tidy, thoughtfully laid out, spacious, conveniently located to everything, finishings are of nice quality, and has a fabulous view from the beautiful deck. Highly recommend. One of the best we’ve stayed at.

Owners helpful too. Very comfortable beds, powerful shower. Ideal location as 30 min walk to old town, and short walk into Lapad. Would recommend mango kitchen in Lapad for eats, and also green garden burgers - best burger I’ve ever had! Lovely cosy setting too in the shade. We took a trip to Lodrum. Lovely island to walk around - we swam near where the boat ties up (pontoon near restaurant). Lovely clear water. Uber is your friend! Quick to arrive and very reasonably priced. Even to and from the airport! €24 ! Will definitely come back!

Elena’s place was perfect for our 5-night stay in Dubrovnik! The villa was well equipped for all of our needs, including very comfortable sunbeds and beautiful terrace views. The Old Town was only a 20-25 minute walk away offering a great mix of both nearby amenities and relaxation. We loved this apartment. It was exactly what was advertised. We lived on the patio when we were in the apartment! Comfortable, spacious & private with a spectacular view! The washer and drying rack was a plus and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We arrived in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find wonderful snacks available! Tx you! The location was perfect. The walk to the Old City was about 35 minutes for us as older adults (70's)but very doable. Loved having restaurants, grocery and bakery close by. From arranging a cab service to pick us up, showing us the place, and allowing us a flexible checkout, I have nothing but amazing things to say. The patio is definitely the highlight of the place! This is a truly lovely apartment with a spectacular view of the sea. We were greeted by Maro (‘DubrovnikTrip’ agent) who showed us around the apartment and took time to explain some of the local places to go. No forced sales pitch just useful information. He was only a text message away for all of our stay. As to the apartment, it is as lovely and spacious as the pictures show, in fact it is better. It was spotlessly clean with more clean towels than you could possibly use. A few days after our arrival the owner dropped by to say ‘hello’ and to arrange when the cleaner would come in to change the bed sheets and, yes, all those towels. She brought us some home-made cake, chocolate and wine. She is a truly lovely person who clearly takes great pride and care of the apartment. The apartment has a few shops/restaurants/bars just a short walk away and it is only about a 20 minute walk to the ‘Old Town’. In short, this is an absolutely beautiful place to stay if visiting Dubrovnik.

The only comment I would say is that we landed on Sunday morning and the local shops were shut for stocking up the fridge etc, so we had to go out straight away for a beer or snack and shop the following day. No big deal but if you needed something specific you wouldn't have got it. Excellent and would defiantly recommend this apartment and location .

We had a great time in Dubrovnik. The apartment is very comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. Ivan was helpful advising us how to get to the apartment from the port (uber), arranging a fantastic boat trip and also arranged a taxi transfer to the airport at the end. Elena was so welcoming and kind bringing us wine and cakes, thanks so much. The walk into the old town is around 20 minutes and we found it easy to walk there and back. There is a footpath all the way but if you didn’t want to walk you could catch a bus or Uber. We found the hot water plentiful and the kitchen very well equipped. There are a couple of small supermarkets and a bakery very close by. It was a great stay and we will recommend to our friends xx

We loved our stay at this great little apartment. It was extremely hot (heatwave) during our stay so the air conditioning was extremely welcomed. The photos are true likeness and as others mentioned the kitchen is small but extremely functional. The view from the patio was breathtaking. We loved being far enough away from the hustle bustle of Dubrovnik old town but close enough to access it easily and enjoyed some lovely meals within the old city walls. During our stay the owner popped down to see us and made us cakes and brought us a local wine. We felt so welcomed. She was so lovely and was available to provide any recommendations. We also frequented the local beach just a few mins walk from the apartment. There’s a couple of supermarkets, bakery and pharmacy within a few mins walk and the Rixos hotel is next door and is a location for a couple of car rental agencies. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik in the future.

This apartment was located in between the old city and Lapad easy walking distance to both. Closed to the beach it had the most amazing terrace with views we’ve ever seen. This apartment especially the view was awesome. Ivan was very helpful with everything. Immediately responded to all my texts. The place has everything you need. Super clean. Modern. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The balcony off the living room is a dream. We had a full moon reflecting on the water. The only down point is the hot water. The tank is pretty small for 4 people. We come from California and our water tanks are gigantic so basically they don’t run out of hot water that fast. In Europe is another story. Your showers have to be quick, no more than 5-7 minutes of hot water running per person. There’s a very small washer for clothes that was very much needed. The old town is about a 15 minute walk on a very busy street. No sidewalks all the way. Be careful. There are a handful of restaurants around. Also a market with limited amount of products. A bakery, etc. There is a beach 1 block away. It was wonderful. All beaches in Croatia have stones not sand so bring water shoes.

Good apartment for two couples as there are two proper shower rooms with great pressure showers. Good size bedrooms with plenty of storage ( we did request, and got, more hangers as there never seem to be enough). one thing to note is that beds are firm but very comfortable but cannot be split into singles. Air con and heating so very comfortable. kitchen compact but everything worked well. lovely terrace with shade and plenty of sun plus amazing views. we even saw dolphins one evening. It would be nice to have another comfortable chair so that 4 people can sit together, but not a deal breaker. Met both owners who were very friendly and helpful. lovely homemade biscuits and wine bought to us one day, which was a lovely touch. we used Uber all the time, which worked really well. Believe beach has best access to sea and is a 5 minute walk. there are steps to all the beaches. don't miss Lokrum Island. It is beautiful escape from the madness of the old city.

Look no further because if you are lucky enough to book this place you will be so happy! We certainly were. It looks just like the pictures and has everything. The doors on both bedrooms open onto the terrace as do the doors to the main terrace which is huge. We walked into the old town and back several times and there were restaurants within about 7 minutes walking too. Ivan could not have been a better host. I am going to recommend this place to everyone I know who is traveling to Croatia!

This apartment was smaller than it looked on the pictures but still extremely comfortable. The balcony is large well-furnished with a spectacular view. Parking is on a street below the apartment so you need to transfer your luggage to the apartment,ent for. The extremely narrow street in front of the building and then take your car to the parking space. It is best to leave the car parked during your stay. Old town Dubrovnik is at about 20 minutes walk. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped. The kitchen is mini but you have the necessary appliances but a minimum of dishes and cutlery.

We'd pre-arranged a pickup from Dubrovnik Airport, and the driver was there waiting for us. It cost a total of HRK250 (about £28.50) for the four of us, which was perfectly good value. When we arrived we were shown around the property very efficiently. There's one bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and there's a second set of facilities for the second bedroom which is directly across the hallway. The living/dining area is spacious, and although the kitchen area isn't the biggest it's perfectly adequate. The storage cupboard had pretty much everything we could need (cleaning products, toilet rolls, etc.) and the kitchen had a stock of useful things like tea. Where we did need to get provisions, the shop around the corner was perfectly adequate for bread, meat, cheese, butter, wine and beer (and was just a three-minute walk away). Particularly impressive about the property is the patio area, which is huge and has an amazing view out over the sea. There's a little patio table with six chairs, plus a couple of sun-loungers. Although the rooms are air-conditioned, we didn't need to use the air-con for the three nights we stayed - the weather was still warm despite it being late October but there was plenty of fresh air and it was fine. The internet was lightning-fast (a speed test showed about 70Mbit/s) which was pretty impressive. The owner was lovely. When we arrived there was some fruit and Jaffa cakes plus a carton of orange drink waiting for us, and during the course of the stay we were also given some doughnuts, some home-made strudel and a bottle of local red wine. All very hospitable indeed! In terms of proximity to the Old Town, it's about a one-mile walk down a route which isn't over-run with traffic, so no worries about scary lorries thundering past your ear. We generally walked into town and then got an Uber back - the latter was the equivalent of about five Euro, which was perfectly fine between the four of us. Finally, on our last day we asked whether we could leave our luggage at the property and were told that we were welcome to use it all day, as we were the last let of the season (so rather than having to evacuate by lunchtime we were able to stay until our airport pickup early evening). Is there anything we'd criticise? No, not really - it's genuinely hard to think of anything negative. We'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, and would definitely come back.

Beautiful centrally located Apartment, equipped with everything you need. The apartment is within walking distance to the old town, as well as the well-known beaches - Bellevue Beach (from noon is in the shade), Banje Beach and Sunset Beach. It is a perfect place to explore Dubrovnik. The Apartment Ella is new, very well maintained, clean and modernly furnished. We enjoyed every second there and can recommend this accommodation without a doubt.

This always lovely with a million dollar view! Ella was a lovely host treating us too a bottle of wine and some goodies. Her apartment was clean with comfortable beds and nice pillows and linens. A real treat to stay there. Thank you.

Our apartment, staff and owner was amazing. We were personally greeted upon check-in by Ivan. Later the host/owner came by to check on us and even delivered some local treats. The apartment was amazing with a balcony to be thoroughly enjoyed at any time of day. Old town is a beautifully 15-20 minute stroll and if you get tired 80-100 kunas will get you home! Highly recommend!

We loved this apartment. Modern, well equipped and prestine. Stunning views from the very generous balcony make this place extra special. Close to hotel Rixos and other bars/restaraunts and a little super market is only 100 yards away. It's an easy walk or taxi to Old Town. We were left a care package when we arrived and Ella dropped in a couple of times with some delicious backed goods!! Ivan did a great job meeting us despite our long delay. We cannot wait to come back!

The View was amazing! Very comfortable and well equipped, the apartments location was convenient to all parts of Dubrovnik. Walked to the nearby beach are for a swim ( recommend water shoes). We had a car and the parking spot was a plus, but we did not use the car at all - just walked and Uber’d to the sites.

The apartment was light, airy and very clean, and well equipped. The view out to sea from the apartment was amazing! Lokrum Island is the distance and plenty of boats to watch coming and going. The owner Matea made us feel very welcome. It was easy to walk into the old town and also into Lapad. Nothing but hot sunshine during our short stay!
