A 300 euro security deposit is paid on arrival and returned after departure (subject to inspection); 1 pet is welcome with advance notice (15 euro per night), and groups under 25 years of age are not permitted. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Casa Romantica offers two bedrooms with a double bed each, each with a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room joined by a dining area. Four adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

Your gracious host offers pool heating for the little ones.

A small fishing village and a port town, Sutivan is a perfect destination for a leisurely holiday. It houses a 16th century Saint John the Baptist Church, the most notable attraction of town, and a splendid waterfront, ideal for long easy walks. Great restaurants, local eateries and cafés line the promenade. Plenty of beautiful beaches are available at your doorstep. Welcome to Island Brač.

For transparency: please account for 300 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome with advance notice with a 15 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
