Maro was very responsive & gave us many recommendations. The balcony has plenty of comfortable furniture and spectacular views. You can easily walk to a bakery or small grocery but anywhere else is a fairly substantial walk. Old town is a 45 minute walk but Ubers and taxis are readily available. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We highly recommend this apartment.

Visited Dubrovnik in September for a trip with some girlfriends and it did not disappoint! The apartment was exactly as described / shown, absolutely stunning views and within walking distance of several delightful restaurants, a beach and the Old Town. Maro hosted us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip from arranging hassle free transfers to the best restaurant recommendations! He also arranged a private boat trip for us which was the highlight of our trip and so reasonably priced, definitely recommend to anyone visiting. Overall we could not fault our stay and highly recommend the property enough! We will definitely be returning ☺️

This was a fabulous place to stay. The apartment is very luxurious - looks exactly like the photos - with the most amazing views. Maro was extremely helpful, and had great recommendations on where to eat, sightseeing, where to walk. The apartment is about 15 mins walk downhill to the Old Town, and although the walk back is uphill we found it to be a lovely walk. One steep flight of steps at the final stage, but great for fitness :-). In the other direction it was about 20 mins walk to the beautiful waterfront walk that passes Uvala Lapad Beach. Great restaurants near the apartment, as well as in the Old Town. All in all a fabulous location to stay with lots to do within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our trip to Dubrovnik and our accommodation was just the cherry on top! Ivan was very responsive and friendly (as is everyone else we met in Dubrovnik) and the accommodation was just sensational from having all the necessary facilities for our one week stay to being so well located and easy access to everything- even had a super cute market down the street and bakery on the next street over which was a major bonus for our late night outings. A pristine and very comfortable apartment. All modern conveniences, great bathrooms, beds and air conditioning. The balcony is fabulous and much bigger than the pictures. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the Old Town in the City Walls. Walk the 2km, 1080 steps of the city walls when it’s cooler. Dubrovnik generally is not for those who don’t like steps and hills and, with the apartment being away from the Old Town, we found Ubers were the best way to get around, we never paid more than €7 and just €25 to the airport. Belle Vue beach is walkable but a slog uphill to get home. The beach is shady in the afternoon which we found a relief after the 30+ temperatures. It's all pebbles and rocks so dive shoes are a necessity. There are restaurants everywhere, both in the Old Town and Lapad. The best bit? Going “home” to the lovely apartment after a heavy day’s sightseeing.

Ivan was a super responsive host, extremely helpful especially on our last day when he helped arrange a later checkout, we arranged airport journeys through Ivan, quality of drivers and vehicles were second to none and no premium to uber. good location for visiting old town and surrounding areas, hilly walk back to apartment can be a challenge in midday sun, however plenty of buses stop nearby and ubers are plentiful. would definitely visit again. Thanks Ivan for making our first trip to Dubrovnik so memorable.

The apartment was stunning and in a prime location. Ivan, the host greeted us at 11.30am as we had an early flight and was flexible with checking in earlier. We received a comprehensive and thorough tour of the apartment, and received a detailed insight into our surroundings, where local nice restaurants were and how to get about at the best price. This trip was perfect from start to finish. I miss my walks down to the local bakery for morning pastries. If you are thinking of going to Dubrovnik, this place is a must to stay at.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The place is new and beautiful. Everything is top quality and taste. You even have heated floors! The terrace is large with nice furniture, great for a morning coffee or relaxing after a full day of tours. The views are stunning. We had a car, but the apartment is within walk distance to old town. The place is up a hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to walk. Free parking was a big plus! Ivan is very nice and friendly, super responsive and even met us at checkin for instructions and tips about the town. What a great experience!

This place was almost perfect. We picked it for the stunning view, new finishes, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and the larger beds. All of these were great (in addition to the best hair dryer and the best washer/dryer combo we found on our travels). However, this place was missing some of the care and small special touches that made us really love the other places we stayed in Croatia. This is the only place that didn't provide beach towels or a few starter supplies. There were no hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels and this is silly, but we didn't like the over-abundance of fake plants on most every surface. The host was nice to arrange a very reasonably priced airport transfer and meet us at the property on arrival and provide recommendations. We really loved the view and the patio. The walk to town is downhill but did feel long with teenagers & in addition to walking all day. We took Ubers home. (Tried taxis too and Ubers were more reasonable & more friendly).

Very beautiful views, clean apartment. Old town was an easy downhill 15 minute walk (Uber cheap 4 euro back up) if you don’t want to walk. Handy having washing machine and two bathrooms. Only downside was the bedding was not comfortable for us (hard mattresses and minimal blankets) however this could be easily improved. Check in was great and lots of information and recommendations from Ivan for restaurants (Taj Mahal was incredible).

My friend and I stayed here our first time in Croatia. We were nervous that we were staying too far from old town(15 minute walk). We ended up not needing to worry at all. So much more to Dubrovonik then old town. Sunset beach was nice to hang out with great restaurants. As for the apartment itself, it is the best airbnb i’ve stayed in. The views from the balcony thats bigger than my bedroom were phenomenal as well as the lounge furniture. The bedrooms all have sea views. Even one of the full bathrooms has a window in the shower that opens up and looks out to the sea. This is the best airbnb if your looking to relax.

Ivan was a fantastic host, organising for a taxi to pick us up from the airport through to meeting us at the apartment despite the late time. The apartment itself was gorgeous and just as the photos showed. There are some fairly high tech gadgets included in the apartment which were great to use. There is a small corner shop for milk, fruit, alcohol etc which is about 2 minutes from the apartment; and shortly before that stairs down to the main street which leads either directly to the Old Town (15-20 minutes) or the far side of Lapad (20-25 minutes) making the location perfect. You could not want anything more from a stay in Dubrovnik than what we experienced here. Ivan also has a website which details great trips out from the area, and lists lots of great restaurant recommendations

This apartment is every bit as beautiful as the pictures and the sea view from the large, comfy deck is stunning. The location is centrally located, so short walk to most attractions and restaurants. It was perfect for us. We only made breakfasts in the apartment but the kitchen is not equipped well enough for anything beyond this. The host was very communicative and responsive to our needs when we got low on several items. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

Gorgeous apartment with the most amazing balcony. The apartment is located high up with phenomenal sea views about half way between the old city and the main harbour area ... about 20 minutes walk in either direction (or a 5 minute taxi). The neighbourhood is quiet and it's great to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There are shops and restaurants within a stones throw of the apartment. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Shower floors were very slippery and could benefit from a non slip shower mat. Also wall hooks or rails to hang towels. A small amount of complimentary items ie: salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar plus extra toilet rolls would be helpful as these could only be bought in large quantities and then left behind when departing Thankyou Ivan for organising airport pick-up.
