The ground floor offers a connected kitchen, dining and living area, a shower room, a sauna, and a utility room with washing facilities and bikes. Upstairs are four double bedrooms with king beds (180x200), each with an en-suite shower room, SAT TV, balconies, a safe, and A/C. Outside, enjoy a heated 12x5 m infinity pool, a covered terrace with BBQ, and an outdoor shower, plus parking for two cars. Wi-Fi and a 30 m² gym are available; pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00, with a 500 EUR security deposit on arrival.

This holiday villa for rent villa has 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms, outdoor shower, 12x5m infinity pool, gym, sauna and a terrace with alfesco dining area and built in stone BBQ. This villa is ideal accommodation for 8(+1) persons.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining and living area, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen is equipped with appliances from leading manufacturers and it includes a built-in microwave oven, wine cooler and ice maker. Interior staircase leads upstairs to the first floor featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. All bedrooms have superb audio-video equipment, underfloor heating (bathrooms too) and inverter air conditioners. This luxury villa also features a 30m2 gym.

Outside on the sun deck area there is a splendid covered dining area, a pool deck area with a number of sun loungers for sunbathing, where guests can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and mainland. The property includes a paved parking area of 120 m2.

This villa is suitable for a large family, two families travelling together or a group of friends looking to stay in a modern attractive villa on one of Croatia’s most popular islands. Guests can take the nearby Brac ferry in Supetar back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace in the Old Town of Split.

The accommodation prices also includes:

Seedboat: Sea Ray SPX 230, daily use if possible (fuel not included). Capacity: skipper + 10 people. Ideal for the area around the island Brač and driving to Omiš, Baška Voda and Makarska. Longer distances are not possible for safety reasons.
Transfer from the airport and back (passenger ferry tickets not included)
Daily transfers (beach, restaurants, town Supetar). Renault Traffic for 8 pax, driver is included.
