Villa Opulence is a true masterpiece of modern architecture, set in the green surroundings of a quiet Istrian village Jurici. Offering peace and privacy, this luxurious Istrian villa is a great choice for a vacation with family and friends, open all year round. Moreover, it offers a lovely setting for private celebrations. Villa is suitable for 8 guests, but upon request and with a surcharge (45€ per night and guest) extra beds for additional guests can be arranged. 

Villa Opulence with pool has a living space of 480 square meters and lays on a private plot of 5.000 square meters. In total it offers 4 large bedrooms with a private bathroom in each. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (> 180cm), that can be separated into twin beds on request.  All bedrooms are on the first floor and have very stylish decorations.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.  The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cooking equipment. Here you will find a large dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cooler, microwave oven, stovetop, oven, kettle, juicer, blender, and coffee maker.
The beautifully tended garden features green lawns with green hedges and several trees providing shade. Under the biggest tree, there is a large wooden table and wooden chairs, perfect for outdoor dining.

Located in a small Istrian village, within a 15-20 minute drive to coastal towns and to beaches, Villa Opulence is a great choice if you want to stay in a quiet area and yet be able to easily rich the city and sights.

Villa Opulence has a heating and cooling system and thus is its great choice for a stay throughout the year. A surcharge of 30 EUR/day for energy costs applies, regardless of the number of guests staying.

The swimming pool is heated. It is 18 meters long and 3.5 meters wide thus it is perfect for swimming.  The large glass walls can open so in warmer months you can easily exit to the sunbathing terrace in front.
