The ground floor includes a hammam spa area, Russian sauna, and a small pool, along with a wine cellar, billiard room, and a garage for two cars. Outside, there is a heated outdoor pool, sunbathing area, outdoor shower, and Mediterranean garden with its own access to the sea. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with private bathroom and terrace, dining room, lounge with fireplace, a hammam spa area, Russian sauna, small pool and bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a large dressing room, laundry room, wine cellar, billiard room, room with technical equipment and a garage for two cars.

On the first floor there is a carefully arranged kitchen-dining room, living room with fireplace, room with private bathroom, and a large terrace connected to the barbecue area. Next to the barbecue is an outdoor kitchen with a large wooden table.The second floor has a bedroom with a large bathroom and walk-in closets. Two children's rooms with private bathroom and walk-in closets.

The kitchen, however, is dominated by stone, a large lavender, which resembles antique oysters and an island in the middle of the kitchen. The ground floor also has a tastefully designed bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a private bathroom and a terrace. These spaces open into a large garden where sweet worries await you: whether you need to spend more time enjoying the fantastic, heated pool or the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.

There is also a second bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The second floor contains a further three elegant bedrooms - one with a double bed, a TV and a private bathroom, and another with a double bed and one single, which share the bathroom. All have direct access to a romantic balcony whose sea and pool views are mesmerizing.
