A lavish property of 1500 m2 consists of 3 villas with 3 swimming pools. Every Ocean View villa with a pool has 400 m2 and extends on 3 floors.

A luxury complex has 24 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 47 people in total.

The interior of the luxurious mansion is bright and modern. Each vacation home has a completely equipped kitchen with a pantry next to it. It is connected to a large living room with a fireplace, extendable couch, and a balcony with a lovely sea view. The terraces have a barbecue where you can prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes.

Double bedrooms are modern and some have exit to balconies with a lovely sea view. In the first villa, there are 3 apartments, each apartment comes with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 18 guests.

The second villa boasts 3 apartments with 2 double bedrooms. Two apartments also have 1 single room, in total, the villa is for 14 persons. The number of bedrooms in the villa equals the number of bathrooms/toilets.

The third villa features 3 apartments (2 apartments have 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms). The third apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In total villa can sleep up to 14 persons.

The highlights of the estate are outdoor swimming pools on the southern side of the property have 66 m2. Paired with mesmerizing sea views and the nearby beach- sounds perfect place for holidaying in Dalmatia!

The whole complex is covered with Wi-Fi and has 18 parking places for the guests.

Seget Vranjica is located near the towns of Trogir, Rogoznica, Primosten, Sibenik. We recommend visiting one of the local agro-tourism places offering authentic Dalmatian wines and delicacies (prosciutto, olive oil, fish).
