Zu beachten sind die vielen Stufen von der Hauptstraße der Innenstadt bis zur Unterkunft, was mit Gepäck etwas mühsam sein kann. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, man hört vorbeigehende Personen deutlich. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional, könnte jedoch besser ausgestattet sein. Das Badezimmer ist gut. Im obersten Stock befindet sich eine Schlafcouch; darüber scheint sich das Außengerät der Klimaanlage zu befinden. Aufgrund der schlechten Isolierung ist es dort recht laut, wenn die Klimaanlage läuft.

Such a cute place! My five friends and I stayed for a night and the location was amazing. You do have to climb an insane amount of stairs to get there but that’s all of dubrovnik. Besides a broken hairdryer and loud construction starting at 6 in the morning, beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay in Slavica’s house. It’s very comfortable and cool, in a quiet location away from the busiest parts of the city. Would love to stay again next time we are in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful stay. Away from the noise of the central areas however steps away from the heart of Dubrovnik. A clean space with wonderful ac to rest and reset after a day of exploring the city. Super comfortable and a bonus of having a washer and dryer unit especially if you’re planning any beach or boat days. 10/10 would recommend staying here it’s close by the gate into the old city so you won’t be hauling your luggage through the city for too long. Don’t hesitate to book this space for your stay! Some must do’s in the area were Mostro for a cold coffee, Oliva for amazing pizza for dinner and Pepinos garden for gelato. This apartment is a gem . If you want a place that is close to the old city and by that I mean walkable in a few minutes with beautiful restaurants on your doorstep then this is your spot . The apartment is spotless and well thought out . As a family of 4 adults we were more than comfortable . Our host was kind enough to allow an early check in when our flight arrived earlier and was very responsive when we requested a fan for the apartment. Somethings to note , the stairs to the apartment are quite steep but completely doable and as one would expect when living in an old city . The bedroom on the top floor gets extremely hot but our host did provide us with a fan which helped . Think another airconditioner in that room would be great . The rest of the apartment has Aircon so it’s lovely and cool . Our host was always responsive to all our questions and was a pleasure to communicate with . We loved our time there and we would definitely stay there again .

Jelena was a wonderful host, her apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfortable and right in the heart of Old Town, so walking distance to restaurants and bars. There were a couple of ways to get to the apartment, just make sure you enter from Jelena's instructions especially with your luggage. It's an incredible part of Dubrovnik.

Superb location in the old town lovely accommodation in a historic authentic steep stepped street just off the main street. So atmospheric with every modern convenience to hand. Jelena’s spot was excellent. As someone who has stayed in Dubrovnik 5 previous times, I must say that this location was great. You’re located in the heart of Old Town, but you’re up enough stairs off Stradun (Main Street) to where it’s still relatively quiet and peaceful! I loved how close it was to Burger Tiger so I could get late night food after hitting the bars. And the shower head in the main bathroom was AMAZING.

Super location and equally gorgeous apartment. Rooms were well decorated comfortable (we were 5 adults) Kitchen is small but very useful! Amazing, quiet and quaint street on the upper part of the old town. Perfect location for exploring the city and quick to get to the cable car and beaches. Jelena was so helpful with parking instructions and getting to and into the apartment was a breeze! Was very quiet at night and loved the beautiful street we were on. Highly recommend!

Great place, highly suggest it, you can't ask for a better location. Sleeps 4 amazingly well. The other 2 people (for sleeping 6) sleep in the remodeled upstairs area which is warm in the middle of hot hot summer so just be aware- turn on the air conditioner right away when you check in, so you can sleep comfortably.

Jelena’s place was in a perfect location in Old Town Dubrovnik. You could walk to everything easily and conveniently. The inside was in perfect condition and super cute. All bathrooms were clean and each room came with robes, slippers, and a blow dryer. My group of 5 loved it and would absolutely recommend!

Jelena is incredibly helpful, even gave me local recommendations when I was Mljet Island, which was fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, full of all the amenities you require. This property has been recently renovated and was nice and new. As with most Dubrovnik Old Town properties it is compact and upward, split across three levels. The top level was a cool bedroom, below that was the main bedroom, kitchenette/dining/bathroom and the ground level had laundry, bedroom and another bathroom. Location was far enough off the main street that it was quiet. It was great to have laundry facilities and a kitchenette.
