Villa Anchor with heated pool boasts a stunning location close to the beach and all amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, and grocery shops. Furthermore, numerous water sports activities, boat tours, and cycling are the most popular activities here. The city of Split is a 20-minute drive away, and the international airport is less than a 10-minute drive.

Modern holiday Villa Anchor lies in the second row of holiday homes facing the seafront promenade. The fully private home is ideal for large groups of up to 15 guests. It has 7 spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom in each.

The indoor living space has a surface of 300 square meters.  The total surface of the Villa Anchor with its exteriors is 620 square meters. There is also a private pool with a heating option.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen comes with all utensils and appliances, including a large refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, oven, blender, kettle and coffee maker.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. They have king-size beds (180 cm wide) and a private bathroom with a shower.  The rest of the four bedrooms are on the upper floor. Also, they all have private bathrooms and king-size beds. Besides, one of the bedrooms has an additional single bed.  Upper-floor bedrooms have access to a large sunny terrace with views of the sea.

Villa Anchor is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi Internet Access is available.  A gas grill and outdoor dining area are provided. No parties allowed.

The Smart TV comes with satellite channels.

Finally, at the property, private parking for up to 5 cars is secured.
