In the living room, you will find a 3-person sofa with a pulling bed and an armchair. Flat-screen TV has satellite channels and Netflix.

From the living room, you can easily exit onto the terrace where sun loungers are provided. There is also an outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals prepared on the gas barbecue al fresco. There is a 23 m2 swimming pool that is heated.

On the ground floor, one of the bedrooms is situated. A shared bathroom with a shower and washing machine can also be found on the ground floor. On the first floor, 3 others bedrooms are situated. These bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TV, mosquito net, wardrobe, and clothes rack. All rooms have double beds.

Villa has its own private parking that can accommodate 3 cars and it is fully gated.

The location of the villa is excellent so you will find the beach, cafe bar, gas station, ATM, market, and restaurants are all within 700 meters from the villa. From here you can easily go exploring neighboring cities Split and Trogir that are ideal for a day trip.
