Villa Novella with heated pool offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor swimming pool, sunny terrace, and gas barbecue. It is suitable for 7 to 9 guests at once.

The first bedroom is the biggest one, and it is located on the ground floor. It has a large double bed and a separate single bed. It comes with a private bathroom with a shower and has a direct exit to the terrace. The second and the third bedroom are on the first floor. Each of them has direct access to a sea view balcony. They are equipped with large double beds and private bathrooms with shower.

The living room is on the ground floor and boasts large sofa seating that can be converted into an additional sleeping bed for two. Here you will also find a Smart TV with satellite channels and a pre-installed Netflix App.
