It features four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony access—providing space and privacy for everyone. Enjoy gathering in the bright open-plan living area with its comfortable sofa, fireplace, billiard table, and views of the inviting heated pool outside. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the large outdoor barbecue on the terrace. For moments of relaxation, the indoor jacuzzi and sauna await. The villa is positioned just a 10-minute drive from Split and the local beach, while the historic town of Trogir is also within easy reach by car. A spacious yard and private parking add comfort and convenience to your stay. Please note: parties are not permitted.

Comprised of two floors, Villa IN is suited for 8+1 guests who will find sufficient space for socializing or enjoying some quiet time with a good book.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and room with an indoor jacuzzi and sauna. The open space layout of the ground floor and plenty of natural light coming from outside makes this area very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, oven, blender, and Lavazza coffee machine. The dining table can seat 10 people. The living area consists of a comfortable sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen tv with over 1000 channels. Next to the living room, you will find a billiard table. Also, the shared bathroom and shower are situated in a spa room on the ground floor.

On the terrace, you will find a 40 m2 swimming pool, sun chairs, and outside furniture. Next to the pool, there is a big wooden barbecue ideal for preparing tasteful meals for your family or friends.

On the first floor, 4 sizeable modern-designed bedrooms are situated. Each bedroom has its private bathroom, wardrobe with clothes rack, mosquito net on the windows, and an exit to the balcony.

The villa has private parking where up to 6 cars can be parked.

Villa IN has an excellent location, only a 10-minute drive from Split and a 20-minute drive from the town of Trogir which are great places for a day trip and visiting local restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is a 10-minute drive away.
