A fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals, whether you prefer quick snacks or cooking together with family and friends. 

There are three bedrooms, all featuring king-size beds and direct access to the terrace. Each room offers views of the sea and the resort surroundings. One bedroom comes with its own bathroom, while the other two share a comfortable, modern bathroom, making the villa suitable for families or small groups travelling together. 

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the villa. A large heated pool is set on a wide terrace with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table for six. From the terrace, guests can admire views toward Biograd na Moru and several nearby islands, adding to the overall holiday experience.

Pets are welcome upon request, with additional charges. Pet stay is charged €100 per pet, per stay.
