Luxury Villa New Dimension lies on a private plot of 900 square meters. It offers 200 square meters of living space spread over two floors and multiple terraces that altogether have approximately 350 square meters.

Luxury Villa New Dimension has 4 king-size bedrooms with private bathrooms.  In two of them, extra beds for children aged up to 12 years old can be prepared, so the guest capacity of the villa is 8+2 children. Also, the baby cot is available on request.

The ground floor of the villa features a large open-plan area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, wine corner, indoor dining area, and cozy living room. The special feature of the living area is the two large sliding glass walls that open to the pool and to the alfresco dining terrace.

The 18 meters long swimming pool is partially roofed, it has a shallow part for children and it comes with the heating option included. 

The outdoor dining terrace features a summer kitchen with a wood-burning grill and an electric grill.

On the ground floor, you can unwind on several sunbathing terraces. There is a part covered with pebbles and the sunken lounge, perfect for enjoying champagne and toasting to life! 

In addition, the ground floor features 2 toilets.  Internal stairs lead to the upper floor.

Furthermore, there is an external spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop terrace. It also offers access to the bedrooms on the first floor. The big roof-top terrace with a lounge offers a great spot for sunbathing and enjoying views of the sea and the old town of Trogir.

The large backyard of the villa offers parking space for 5 cars.

Villa New Dimension is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available indoors and outdoors. Each bedroom has a flat tv, and there is large 65“ Smart TV in the living room. Cable television, satellite channels, and the Netflix app are available. 

The laundry room features a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Furthermore, there are family-friendly beaches and lounge bars in the area. We recommend hiring a boat with the skipper and visiting the nearby islands of Brac, Hvar, and Solta.
