The estate spreads on 1000 m2 and the villa itself has 360 m2. The lovely mansion has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, one on each floor. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and can accommodate up to 9 persons.

Two kitchens and two living rooms on the ground floor and the first floor are interconnected. Kitchens are fully equipped and the sitting areas are comfortable and a great oasis after a whole day at the beach or at the pool.

Bedrooms have king-size and double beds, a flat TV screen, air-conditioning. King-size beds cannot be converted into twin beds. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 1 person. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, and the living room features a PlayStation.

An outdoor swimming pool of 38 m2 occupies the central part of the property. A large terrace has beach chairs, a sun umbrella, an outdoor shower and provides complete privacy. Several sitting areas will provide you sun, peace and relaxation far away from the curious glances.

The summer kitchen is covered and located next to the villa. It is equipped with sitting furniture and a wood-fired grill. Here you can spend warm nights, over tasty food and a bottle of wine with family and friends.

Gym fans can use sports equipment and kids can use playground. PlayStation, badminton and trampoline are also at disposal.
