It features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an open-concept living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, it offers a sauna.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has super king-size beds (200 cm × 200 cm). It has a private bathroom and a direct exit to the pool terrace. On the upper floor, you will find the rest of the two bedrooms. Each of them has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. One of them also has access to the roofed terrace with lounge seating and partial sea views. 

The special feature of the luxury Villa Lush is its beautiful front yard with a sun deck and swimming pool. The pool has a surface of 35 square meters and comes with a heating option. By the pool, you will also find cozy sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, and an outdoor dining area.

Luxury Villa Lush with a heated pool is also a great place for private celebrations, events, and smaller wedding receptions. Though, prior notice is required.

Private parking for up to 3 cars is secured on-site.

Located in the seaside village within 200 meters of distance to the beach, Villa Lush offers access to all kinds of activities on the beach and on water. Furthermore, cycling is also popular here.

Within a 15-30 minute drive, you can reach the historic center of Sibenik city, national park Krka with magnificent waterfalls, the biggest aquapark in Dalmatia, and the island of Murter. Vodice is also a great starting point for island hopping and sailing tours. We recommend cruising to the Kornati islands.
