Historic Villa Retreat with Pool in Hvar

Villa Ancient Eternity is situated in the very center of ancient town Hvar, only  20 m away from the main waterfront, the sea, and the promenade. The villa was built in 1612 in a Baroque style and today is under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. Nearby the Villa there are numerous restaurants, disco, casino and nightclub where you can enjoy with your friends or family.

For example, Hvar is only 2 hours away from Split, and its perfect for the vacations. Hvar is particular not only for its beautiful beaches and nearby smaller islands  ( Palmižana )but also for rich history and cultural heritage. In old town Hvar, for example,  you can visit The Arsenal, the most impressive example of secular architecture ( this was one of the first community theaters in Europe), the Gallery of Contemporary Art, the City Loggia, St.Stephen Cathedral, the Franciscan Monastery, and Church. Thanks to its favorable climate( It has an average of 2700 hours of sunshine a year ) is famous for its vineyards and wine Mali plavac. In various taverns, you can enjoy the presentation of small boutique winemakers and local traditional cuisine, Dalmatian prosciutto, arancini and candied almonds, and just a few kilometers away there are the beautiful lavender fields.

The property of Villa consists of a Baroque palace and a medieval Gothic house. It is divided into three levels (low ground floor, ground floor, and first floor - attic), which are connected by the original restored staircase.

Villa Ancient Eternity has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa also has a Wellness - spa area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and massage room.

On the high ground floor of the Baroque Palace is a spacious living room (45 m²), with a large Baroque balcony. The living room is carefully furnished and has a modern interior design combined with ancient stone walls which make this villa irresistibly charming. The living room is equipped with sitting furniture, fireplace and all technology(satellite TV, DVD player, computer with Internet connection). Here, the guests also have the home library at their disposal, full of numerous books, publications and various magazines in different world languages.

In this part of the house, there are also two bedrooms (27 m² and 20 m²). Both of them have double beds and private bathrooms with a shower. Between the two rooms, there is another separate toilet. The whole area is connected with a corridor to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Here, you will find a dining table for 10 people, as well as a large kitchen with a massive work surface and all top quality contents.The dining room is separated from the garden by a glass door. The garden is also equipped with a dining table for 10 people and some garden furniture with sun lounge chairs by the pool.

On the first floor - attic of the Baroque palace of Villa Ancient Eternity, there are three double bedrooms of 50 m², 36 m², and 25 m². Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, while the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a designer bathtub. The bedrooms are located in the attic, which, combined with modern and ancient style make a special charm. Each room is decorated to the last detail in a completely unique way.The low ground floor of the Gothic house of Villa Ancient Eternity is where you will find a wine cellar, large sauna, relaxation room with a jacuzzi and shower and a separate room for massages, equipped with a modern massage table, essential oils and all other spa necessities.The high ground floor of the Gothic house is connected to the villa's garden and it has an indoor pool (approx. 25 m²) with sliding glass walls, so it can be opened up and thus transformed into an outdoor pool.
Villa has the personnel (housekeeper, janitor), who will take care of all your needs and desires, and create you the perfect stay.
