This villa in Hvar spans 300 m2 across two floors and is divided into two apartments, each designed as a complete unit with separate entrances. Both apartments offer 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living area, a kitchen, and terraces and balconies. The total setup includes 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and beds for 12 (+4) guests. Guests can use the pool with a sundeck, the garden terraces under pine trees, and the summer pavilion with a third kitchen and barbecue. It is about 5 m from the sea, with a rocky beach in front, and the Pokonji Dol beach is about 600 m away. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; a damage deposit of €800 is payable on arrival and a final cleaning fee applies.

Apartment A on the ground floor of Villa Meneghello has a beautiful living room with a dining area, which is connected with a sliding door to the spacious terrace (that has a splendid sea view), and a fully equipped kitchen. Apartment A consists of a bedroom with a separate entrance, which has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom. There are also two more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other one is equipped with two single beds. These rooms are surrounded by a large terrace with garden furniture, including a table, deck chairs and sofa for sunbathing and relaxing.

The ground floor and the first floor, or rather the first and the second apartment, are interconnected by an internal staircase.

Apartment B on the first floor of Villa Meneghello consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed for two people. The living room, with a large TV, has its own balcony overlooking the charming garden and the sea. Here, you will find a romantic day bed, which can also serve as an extra bed for one person. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms, two of them are equipped with double beds and the third one with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have balconies with a unique view of the crystal blue sea and islands in the distance.

The terraces, located in the shade of pine trees, are equipped with garden furniture, providing a wonderful spot for reading and relaxing.

A large furnished terrace on the roof of the garage offers an ideal place for various activities. Here, guests can play table tennis or watch the magnificent sunset in the evening.

On the estate of Villa Meneghello, there is a special apartment for the staff, who will make sure that their guests get complete service. The housekeeper, who maintains the garden and swimming pool every morning, also tends to the wishes of the guests. Furthermore, guests have a car at their disposal. Guests will also find the villa in perfect condition when they arrive. The villa has a team of three maids, who change the bed linens and towels once a week. Guests can pre-order their groceries by e-mail, so that they will have their groceries waiting for them upon their arrival. The transport of guests from the town of Hvar to the villa is also organized.

Villa Meneghello is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV on each floor, access to Internet, Hi-Fi system and DVD-player. Each suite, as well as the summer pavilion, has its own dishwasher, large fridges with freezers, iron and ironing board. The villa has a professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates (summer pavilion also has an oven), fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machines for preparing different kinds of coffee, microwave and blender. The villa has 2 parking spaces in an enclosed garage, and 2 parking spaces in front of it.

Distance from the sea is only 5 m, while the center of Hvar is 1 km away.
