Outside, enjoy a private 12×4 m swimming pool (1.45 m depth), sun loungers, outdoor shower and toilet, table tennis and picado, plus a covered terrace with summer kitchen and electric BBQ. The sea is about 450 m away and the nearest beach is about 600 m. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00; pets and youth groups are not allowed.

This holiday villa for rent is situated in Fažana, one of the most popular and beautiful seaside towns in southern Istria. The modern décor of this luxury villa near the sea creates a relaxed environment and high comfort.

Villa Bellatrix consist of a ground floor, first floor and second floor. The ground floor features a living room with comfortable sofa and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microvawe, oven,filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, electric rings, fridge, freezer), dining area with exit to the lounge and pool area, utility room, guest toilet and a double bedroom with en suite shower room, TV and exit to the terrace with garden view. First floor features a double bedroom with en suite shower room, master double room with en suite bathroom with a bath and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. All rooms on the fist floor have an exit to the terrace with sea view. On the second floor you will find the fitness room and a terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful views of Fazana and the Brijuni Islands.

The outside area of this luxury villa features a large 12x4m private swimming pool with sunloungers and outdoor shower, toilet, terrace with table tennis and darts, covered terrace with summer kitchen (sink, fridge, electric BBQ), table and chairs and a parking for 3 cars on the property.

Restaurants, bars and shops are found in Fazana centre in walking distance. A pebble beach is also close by. In the other direction you will find the historical town of Pula and seaside resort of Porec, making its location a great base from which to explore many of Istria’s major sights.
