This 4-bedroom villa in Milna, Croatia, is set on a 350 m² property with dry walls for privacy, and a 40 m² outdoor heated pool. Guests can enjoy deck chairs, outdoor dining with a grill, and table tennis on site. Inside, the air-conditioned ground floor offers a fully equipped modern kitchen and a lounge area with LCD satellite TV, plus a room with 1 bed that converts to a double via a sofa and an en suite bathroom. The first floor has 3 king-bed rooms, each with an en suite shower bathroom. The upper floor provides views over the pool and the Adriatic Sea; the villa is 60 m from the sea, 70 m from the center of Duboka bay, and 2 km from the center of Milna. WiFi, washing machine, ironing facilities, cot and baby feeder are available; private parking and a boat mooring for a smaller boat are included, along with a kayak, SUP board, and bikes. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; a €750 damage deposit is payable on arrival.

The whole property is surrounded by dry walls that provide privacy and a touch of original Brač ambience. In a separate part of the property there is a large heated pool (40m2 - 10m * 4m). Around the pool there are deck chairs and sets for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The outdoor dining set offers the opportunity to enjoy the tasting of Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor grill. After dinner, relax with a table tennis party which is also available to guests of Villa Elegance.

From the courtyard of the Villa Elegance through several glass walls you enter the air-conditioned ground floor of the villa, which contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with sofas for lounging with LCD satellite TV. On this floor there is also a room with 1 bed for 1 person, a sofa that can be pulled out and used as a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The marble stairs ground floor is connected to the second floor of the villa where you will find 3 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower. Exactly in this part of the villa you will surely enjoy while you are bathed in the sun. The view of the pool and the azure blue Adriatic Sea will delight even the most discerning guests.

The luxurious Villa Elegance is fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom on the ground floor. The villa has wireless internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer and electric kettle. The luxurious Villa Elegance also has a washing machine and ironing facilities. If you are coming with children we have a cot and a baby feeder at our disposal. Private parking and a boat mooring for a smaller boat are included in the offer. If you want to enjoy an active holiday there is 1 kayak, 1 sup board and 2 bikes available. During your stay, you are at the disposal of the villa manager.
