The ground floor of the right wing consists of a luxurious living room, full of light and sun, and equipped with a fireplace. Just a few stairs away from the living room, there is an interesting dining area. The entire space is connected by sliding glass walls to the courtyard, which exudes warmth with its natural colors, creating a positive and relaxing atmosphere. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms with twin beds, en suite bathrooms and a sea view.

The left wing of Villa Royal Residence Mimice is made of two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a southwest oriented superior room with a double bed, a modern bathroom with shower and an access to a wooden plateau. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the left wing of the estate. It has a luxurious double bed, bath and en suite bathroom with a shower. It also has access to a cascading terrace, with a stone staircase leading to a wooden plateau in the yard of the villa.
