Villa Rose is situated just 5 m from the beautiful pebble beach, ideal for children and is within 20 minutes of walking away from the main beach in Okrug Gornji which offers a large variety of restaurants, cafes, beach bars, grocery stores, watersport activities and excursions.

Villa Rose consists of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 half-bath, gym and sauna and can accommodate up to 11 persons, which makes this exclusive residence an ideal choice for large families and bigger groups.

This marvelous villa, built in 2015, has a modern and open interior which provides our guests with comfort, privacy and a sense of being in a small, luxurious oasis. The property itself covers 600 m2, while the house is divided on the basement, ground, first floor and high attic.

The basement of villa Rose is designed as a recreation area with gym, Finnish sauna, indoor swimming pool (20 m2), entertainment area with billiard table and bathroom with shower.

The ground floor consists of a luxurious and elegant open concept living room with large dining table for 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding glass door in the living room provide access to the beautiful seaview terrace with outdoor dining area, overlooking the beach and the entire bay. Ground floor also consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, both with access to the garden and pool area.

The first floor and high attic are designed as a resting area with 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to the spacious terrace with outdoor table and chairs, a sun lounger and a breathtaking sea view. Villa Rose has fully centralized air condition and Wi-Fi internet connection, while all bedrooms are equipped with LCD satellite TVs.

The outdoor consists of a beautiful garden with greenery, a spacious terrace surrounding the outdoor pool (30 m2 with lights) equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor barbecue with dining table for 10 persons. The house offers 4 gated parking spots for the guests, free of charge. A buoy for boats is available on request.
