Cosy Sunrise Villa is a 200m² property with a fenced backyard (240m²).

A spacious air-conditioned living room has a direct exit to a backyard sun terrace. There is a dining table and a big sofa bed that ensures a sleeping space for 2 people. On the side of the living room, there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. In the daily part of the house, an additional guest toilet is available. 

On the ground floor, there is also 1 bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom (shower).

The first floor of the villa offers 3 comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed (160x200cm), private en-suite bathroom (shower), view of the surroundings 

Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds, private en-suite bathroom (shower), direct exit to a balcony, sea view

Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed, private en-suite bathroom (shower), sea view

There is a 12m² balcony on the first floor that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The entrance to a balcony is possible from Bedroom 3 and from the common hallway.

A nice backyard ensures a lot of privacy and is a perfect place to relax. There is a sun deck with a private swimming pool (22m²), outdoor shower and sun loungers.  A barbecue area with a set of garden furniture is a perfect place for a freshly prepared dinner.

Two private, unfenced parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

The nearest beaches are about 1 km away.

Pantadura is 1,2 km away from the house. This beach is long and natural. The coast, as well as the seabed, is pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.

Pedinka beach - 1,2 km away from the house, the most popular beach in this part of island Vir. Gravel, stone, and concrete coast. Seabed covered with gravel and sand. The water gradually gets deep. Pine forest shade is possible. There is paid parking next to the beach.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest small shop/bakery is 800m from the house, a cafe bar 1200m, and a restaurant 1,7 km away. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops, and services can be found in the center of Vir, distanced about 3km.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar Zapad) and head for Nin/Vir.
