The villa also has an elevator, balcony access from each bedroom, and 2 parking places. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A 3000 euro security deposit applies, and groups under 25 years of age are not accepted.

Abundant with light each bedroom has access to a balcony allowing for incredible sea views. Perfect for entertaining the ground floor is composed of a living room with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island as well as an elegant dining area. From here a sliding door leads to an outdoor deck, with a heated infinity pool, further seating areas and alfresco dining as well as BBQ facilities. Architectural design continues to impress from an outdoor viewpoint as the villa perfectly integrates into its natural rugged habitat while at the same time maintaining brilliant elegance and pure beauty. A sauna is also available for your leisure.

In five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

Villa Antoan is conveniently located with shops, restaurants and gorgeous beaches within reach, while infamous city Dubrovnik is only 9 km away. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers,today Dubrovnik displays rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
