The Luxury villa Casa Del Mare is a stunning villa on the seaside of the Adriatic Pearl Dubrovnik. With a heavenly view of the surrounding nature, nearby islands and crystal clear sea this villa will charm you from the moment you arrive.

The whole villa is built with high-quality materials. Here you will find a lot of carefully chosen details from Swarovski chandeliers and Persian rugs, to art and sculpture and series of works of one of the greatest European artists. The pool terrace features quality B&B Italia furniture.

The villa has an office with a MAC laptop and printer. Next to the office is a fitness room with a lot of fitness equipment for daily exercise.

The chic living room has a 60'' TV and a state-of-the-art Arital kitchen with a custom-made table for twelve. Many delicious meals can be prepared in this extraordinary kitchen and served either inside, or on the adjacent shaded terrace with an al fresco dining table for twelve. Straight out of the living room and kitchen you can reach the terrace. 

The Luxury villa Casa Del Mare can comfortably accommodate 10 people in the 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two more people can sleep on the pull out sofabed. 

There are 2 deluxe bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, and a master bedroom. The master bedroom features a jacuzzi, as well as one of the deluxe. One deluxe and one double bedroom have access to the terrace. Each bedroom has an amazing view of the sea and greenery.

Take a swim in the infinity pool or in the sea with a private plateau. The plateau is equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas for complete enjoyment. Boats up to 15 meters can anchor here.
