It is just a 20-minute drive from the vibrant city of Split and a 10-minute drive to Omis town.

This large holiday villa can accommodate up to 20 guests at once. It is the perfect choice for big groups of friends, family reunions, and team-building trips.

With its 700 square meters of indoor space, spread over 5 floors, Luxury Villa Grande Aria with pool abounds in space. It is designed for socializing and gatherings, and at the same time, it provides enough privacy for everyone. It is an ideal choice for a holiday with bigger groups of friends.

All floors relate to an elevator and the internal staircase.

The main floor is the ground floor. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining table is adjustable to seat 22 -24 guests.  Next, here is the living room with a television and fireplace.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed view of the Adriatic Sea and Brac Island.

On this floor, you will also find a gaming room with PlayStation. In addition, there is one bathroom with a shower on the main floor.

From the living area, you exit the pool terrace. Here you will find a large swimming pool 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. It is completed with a heating option; massage jets and has pool waterfalls. There is also an outdoor shower with warm water.

Next to the pool, you will find a sun deck with 12 sunbeds and an outdoor dining area. Here is also a barbecue (wood or charcoal).

The basement level features a fully equipped gym, sauna, and additional bathroom with shower. Here is also a billiard table, table soccer, and darts for entertainment. Laundry facilities are also on this floor.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms. Two of them have a king-size bed (180cm wide × 200cm long) and the other two have twin beds. All have an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the second floor, there are five bedrooms and four private bathrooms with shower in total. Two of them feature king-size beds and three have twin beds. One bedroom on this floor doesn’t have a private bathroom. Instead, it has access to the bathroom on the lower floor.

On the third floor, there is a tenth bedroom. This bedroom also features a king-size bed and has a private bathroom. In addition, on the balcony, there is an outdoor jacuzzi.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Providing plenty of space, Luxury Villa Aria Grande is ideal for multiple couples, big family reunions, or groups of friends. Young groups are also welcome, but prior notice is required. This villa is suitable for holding smaller private events and celebrations. However, prior notice is required, and the event needs to be approved before the booking.

Finally, at the property, private parking for up to 7 cars is secured. The garage is at your disposal, too.
