We loved the house! It was exactly as described, or even better. There were lots of things to do, the game room was amazing and they had lots of toys for the pool. The yard and the pool area were very nice. The heated pool and the sauna were great! The house is big and we had plenty of space for our group of 16 people. Our three rental cars fitted easily to the driveway. Ivana and Ante were great hosts and replied to our questions quickly. We loved the neighborhood in the Kaštel area, it was very beautiful. There were also lots of public playgrounds and beaches nearby. Also many supermarkets within a walking distance. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend the house, we would stay there again!

The villa is large and so spacious. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, wonderful location and we would definitely visit again. There was an option to buy wine and beer in the basement. Sauna and games room/gym was also fabulous. Can’t speak highly enough

Et fantastisk hus til mange personer Vi var 13 personer i 1 uke. Soverom/ bad fordelt på 3 etasjer med adskilte soveroms deler, romslig kjøkken med stor spiseplass. Litt mye trapper hvis en ikke er helt mobil. Store og små var alle stor fornøyde, kan anbefales. 👍

Just back from a great stay at this villa with group of 14 and it was very spacious and had everything we needed and wanted! Brother and sister hosts Ivana & Ante were very helpful and responsive, messaging us when we landed. Ante and friend both have 8-seater vans so we paid them to pick us up from the airport. We had early flight so kindly allowed us to leave all our suitcases at the villa way ahead of check-in time and suggested local bars/restaurants we could head to in meantime. Ubers are easy to get, including Uber XL’s for the size of the group and takes 25-30 minutes into Split centre. 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches, local bars and restaurants. Same to local supermarket. €500 cash deposit required to give to hosts at check in. Villa has a big drinks fridge stocked with beers, ciders and soft drinks and charged on check out - this was great and saved a lot of walking to/from local supermarket! Ante meets you at check out time and cost just came out of our deposit.

The villa was everything we needed and more. We were a family of 12 (3 generations) and there was plenty of space for us all and numerous quiet spaces when required. Everything about of visit went smoothly from the original booking through to check out. Ante also provided an excellent transfer service to and from the airport at a reasonable price. He was also available for trips at fairly short notice. The villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The villa was in close proximity to lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend a holiday here.

The Villa comfortably accommodated 16 of us, despite the number plenty of private space with the three balconies and additional lounge. It was spotlessly clean, had lots of nice extras such as a fully stocked beer fridge, pool towels a fantastic games room and gym, I must mention Ante (co - owner) him and his sister Ivana were brilliant great communication, very friendly and easy to deal with. Ante has his own taxi and he is well worth using as he is local and gave us a good insight into Croatia. There are good restaurants that are walkable on the sea front, Trogir and Split old town a short taxi ride away. I have no hesitation in saying 10/10 a great holiday had by all.

Bra värd, smidig kommunikation. Huset var toppen och uppfyllde våra förväntningar! Bra läge med en kort promenad på 5 min ner till havet. Ett bra bageri runt hörnet och bra restauranger i närheten. Området var fridfullt och tryggt, men flygplanen från flygplatsen störde litegrann. På det hela var vi väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse!

We just had a hen party here and everything was amazing, great host ante met us and explained everything. So spacious for a group of 15 of us. And the pool area was amazing!! Lovely little area near some bakery’s and cafes, only 25 minutes into split.

Our stay at this beautiful villa has been amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect with the beach just down the bottom of the road, split city centre is only a taxi ride away. Ivana and her brother have been incredible throughout our stay, so lovely and helped with any questions we have had. I highly recommend this villa who is wanting a lovely stay in split. Villa oli todella kaunis ja toimiva. Olimme matkassa työporukalla ja kaikille oli upeat omat huoneet. Osassa oma kylpyhuonekin. Mitään ääniä ei kuulunut toisista huoneista eikä ulkoa. I stayed here for my hen do with a group of 12 people and the villa exceeded everyone’s expectations. It is plenty big enough for a large group, and it is kept in pristine condition - there is nothing we could’ve changed or improved about Klaudija’s place. The host provides a minibus service at your request into split for a very competitive rate and the family was always happy to accommodate us. Thankyou so much for the best stay, and to anyone thinking about booking this villa do not hesitate! You will not be disappointed x

Absolutely perfect place that’s got everything you need. We came as a group of 13 (8 adults and 5 toddlers) and it was perfect - lots of communal space, big rooms, plenty of outdoor space and terraces/ balconies, a pool, a games room and sauna. There are beautiful beaches a 5min walk away too – and to top it off the hosts were so helpful and accommodating too. I couldn’t recommend more!

Klaudija's checking and arrival information was brilliant. We were then handed over to the family who own the house, Ivana and Anté who were incredible. Taxis for all 13 were organised easily and quickly whenever we needed them, and we were able to check in early and start our holiday from the moment we landed! the house is also incredible, truly 5* hotel but all to yourself! thank you for a wonderful trip 🙏

Very spacious villa with everything we needed . Perfect communication from start to finish . Very clear instructions for arrival great that we was able to check in earlier . Sauna fabulous. Close to Trogir and very short journey from the airport possible on the bus route . Very clean inside and out . Would really recommend a stay here for all your family and friends . If you do not have a car there is a bus route bakery a few restaurants along the sea front and some supermarkets. Beautiful trips available from Trogir and split . Villa has games room for kids or adults along with wine cellar and fully stocked fridge with drinks that you can Purchase locally for a small fee . They have thought of everything . Also taxi service available to and front airport again organised by host contacts .

Ivana’s villa was absolutely stunning, we had plenty of room for a big group and plenty of things to do within the villa. Ivana was also extremely helpful and responsive whenever we messaged. The location was great as there was a nearby supermarket as well as the beach. A 15-20 min walk along the beach took you to amazing and well-priced restaurants. Would 100% recommend to any big groups 😊

We wanted accommodation that would suit 12 of us made up of 3 generations - this was the perfect space. Space if we wished to be alone and great communal spaces to be together. The cleanliness was amazing but the support of this family run accommodation was exceptional. Never ‘in your face’. Left to our own devices but immediately there is required - perfect! The surrounding area was great - beach, bakery, supermarket, butchers, restaurants all within walking distance. All the small things that polish off the accommodation, great showers/water pressure, topped up kitchen utensils, change of bed linen half way through, local advice. Thanks to the whole family for a wonderful stay. I couldn’t recommend highly enough

Absolutely stunning house and great hosts. A family run properly where they met us at the airport and provided a taxi to and from the house. The house itself is stunning, so big with lots of lovely well kept bedrooms. The games room and wine cellar are great additions and feels like you’re at another venue. The pool area is spacious and the whole property was spotless. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return if we were to come back. There is a lovely restaurant called Mala Mora which was walking distance from the house, on the seafront- great food and very friendly staff. About a 20 minute Uber into split centre and there are shops near by for food etc.

The villa was incredible! When the owner met us at the villa, he took us on a tour and the rooms just kept on going and going, there was everything you could ever need for a weekend/week away. There are a lot of stairs to get to all of the floors, but this wasn't a problem for any of us. The rooms are spacious, clean and kept up to date with amenities such as air con, PlayStation 3 console and plenty of space to unpack all of your stuff. The location is great, with it only being a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 20-30 minute drive to Split, depending on traffic. The garden area with the pool, shaded seating area and bbq were fantastic and were greatly appreciated for our weekend. All in all, the villa is amazing and I would fully recommend to anybody looking to stay near Split!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Super Kontakt, alles lief reibungslos. Vorab wurden alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und auch vor Ort beim Check-in und Check-Out lief alles super :-) Alles war wirklich super sauber und das Haus war toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und mehr! Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist eher ruhig aber super schön und mit dem Mietwagen oder Uber sind tolle Ziele in der Umgebung gut erreichbar! Vielen Dank :-)

Great host and villa. With 13 friends in total we had a great and wonderful time. Everything was there and there were even drinks already cold in the fridge. Supermarket and beach are very close (5 min walk) and even places to eat. Only bad thing was the distance from Split centre, but even with all the Ubers and taxis it was easy to arrange and get in Split in 22 minutes. Very spacious villa with mutiple floors.

I stayed here with a group of 13 friends and we have been so happy with our choice. This is a beautiful villa in a great location. There are local marinas and beaches that are a quick walk away and you have Split just down the road. The villa is spacious with a great pool and a lot of things to do inside (table football, pool, table tennis, gym, sauna etc.). The hosts are friendly, polite and great in terms of communication. They quickly replied to any questions that we had and were a pleasure to deal with for check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Klaudija text me the day of our flight to see what time we’d check in and whether we’d need food provided as we were arriving late. The vill was incredible, such a beautiful and clean space which was perfect for our large group. We love the pool area and the location. We had to message the host a couple of times about a tripped fuse/hot water, but they replied really quickly so everything was sorted easily. We’ll definitely be booking again

Great place for a family / group holiday - the games room is an absolute winner! The villa is extremely spacious and the acoustic insulation is great, so it’s very quiet at night. It was a perfect place, thank you Klaudja and your team for the time in the villa, it was an absolute pleasure. Flexible check in and check out it allowed us to have one worry less during our stay.
