The stairs go up to the second terrace of the first floor, which has a covered relaxation area with seating and dining table for 8 people. The first floor consists of a modern living room with an internal fireplace, which gives a rich overall impression of the house and access to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views. There is also a fully equipped exclusive kitchen with a bar and separate fitness room where you can exercise daily.
On the second floor of the villa there are the remaining 2 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a study room with a sofa.

There is a private parking on the side of the street which provides private and direct access to the villa with magnificent stone staircase.
