This wonderful luxury beachfront villa is located in a small town Lokva Rogoznica, 7 km from the nearby town Omiš. The villa was build between 1910 and 1915 by the noble familiy Dešković as a summer residence and renovated in 2009. The exterior has been completely restored in it's original form while the interior has been enhanced by additional amenities for a luxurious vacation. The property extends to 600 m² with 330m2 of living space, while the villa itself is spread over three floors: the ground floor, first floor and second floor. Villa Beach Palace is suitable for comfortable accommodation of up to 8 people and offers a fully equipped professional kitchen, a comfortable living room with a modern LCD TV, 4 bedrooms with heated floors, two en suite bathrooms and two shared bathrooms. It also offers guests wellness with an indoor hot tub, sauna and gym. Villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with free WIFI. The exterior is dominated by a garden full of Mediterranean plants and flowers, pine trees providing plenty of shade in the hot summer days, private swimming pool, sun loungers and a large table for 8 people where you can enjoy your meals out in the open. From the terrace, we are entering the carefully arranged living room with comfortable sofas, LCD TV, fireplace and a table for 8 people. There is also a fully equipped professional kitchen on this floor where guests can prepare delicious Dalmatian dishes. On the ground floor, there is also one guest’s bathroom with shower. For complete enjoyment and relaxation, guests have access to a separate wellness area with an indoor hot tub, finnish sauna, gym and one additional bathroom with shower. The stairs lead to the first floor where you'll find 2 bedroom. One of them is a master bedroom with king size bed, sofa and en suite bathroom with bath. This master bedroom also has an authentic tower with a perfect sea view through the windows. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. The stairs lead also to the second floor, where you will find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, an authentic tower with windows and a terrace with sea view. The second bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. On this floor, there is also a home office.

The town of Omiš is located at the mouth of the river Cetina, on one of the most beautiful canyons in Europe, bounded by steep cliffs and therefore looks like it is carved in the mountain. Probably the most popular activities are rafting and canyoning on river Cetina and there is also a 2 km spectacular zip line in the Cetina river canyon.
