The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, an extra room, and a bathroom with toilet. The first floor offers two rooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, and a balcony, and the second floor has a children’s corner, table tennis and exercise equipment, plus a toilet and shower. Air-conditioned rooms and free Wi‑Fi are included, with a fenced yard, 2 parking spaces, and a 45 m2 pool area with deck chairs, a shower, seating and barbecue. Grocery shops are about 300 m away, restaurants about 200 m, and the beach about 300 m. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00.
