The three bedrooms are on the first floor. On the top floor, you’ll find a terrace with seating and a summer kitchen with views of the sea and Malinska town. The setting is described as close to beaches and nearby restaurants and conveniences, and there are 2 parking places available. Pets: up to 1 pet is allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. A €400 security deposit is paid on arrival and returned after departure, subject to inspection; groups under 25 are not allowed.

Located in the heart of Malinska on Island Kirk, beautiful island of clear water and mild Mediterranean climates, the luxurious Villa Malinska ensures a carefree holiday for family and friends. 120 m² are distributed over three levels. The ground floor displays beautifully polished tile floors and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a living room area with a flatscreen TV and a large corner sofa, all with access to a terrace with an outdoor heated pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining area. Sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms is on the first floor, while the top floor houses a terrace with a comfortable seating lounge and a summer kitchen with views of both the sea and Malinska town.

In three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

In beautiful Kvarner Bay Island Krk is Croatia’s largest and most populated island, connected to the mainland by a 1430 meter long concrete bridge. Endowed by natural beauty, superb beaches, romantic coves, healing muds, adventure activities, excellent restaurants, delicious wine and thousand year old monuments and art galleries plus charming villages and its cultural epicenter town Kirk, this island succeeds to please everyone. While here be sure to visit 5^th century Cathedral and an impressive 12^th century Frankopan Castle.

For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
