A Marusici villa set up for groups: two sister villas, each with a private entrance, offering 7 bedrooms and bathrooms (8 total). The stay includes 2 pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, and both a Finnish sauna and a hammam. Large open living areas and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen support easy entertaining. Roof top terraces provide views of the Adriatic and the surrounding mountains, with options to prepare BBQ outdoors. Pool heating is available on request except between Oct 28 and Mar 31, and the pool is closed until Apr 3, 2026 (and again for the winter season Nov 2, 2026 to Mar 26, 2027). Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. A €1000 security deposit is required on arrival (returned after departure, subject to inspection); pets up to 1 allowed and groups under 25 are not permitted.

Modern architecture, floor to ceiling windows and large open living spaces overlooking the horizon immediately impress while the contemporary luxuries, convenient technology and an open plan fully equipped kitchen make it perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a swim in the pool while admiring both the sea in the front and the stunning mountains in the background, prepare a BBQ at sunset on a roof top terrace or simply enjoy the natural beauty around you. Step onto the treadmill, cycle on the exercise bike or check into the spa and treat yourself to a day of relaxation with a hydromassage jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a hammam by the top manufacturer Effegibi. You are in for a treat.

With seven comfortable bright bedrooms 14 adult guests and 4 children are comfortably accommodated, ideal for two families or a large group of friends.

Villa Gemelos is located on one of the most scenic roads in Croatia, in walking distance to the beaches or a restaurant. We recommend a 15 minute drive to Omiš, a small port and fishing village. Although its population triples in the summertime the absence of hotels make it an enjoyable and relaxing tourist destination. Plenty of activities are offered in the area such as climbing, rafting and canoeing. While here be sure to visit the 13th century fortress Mirabela as well as the Franciscan monastery and the select few churches found in the old town. And then, grab a seat in one of the cafés, order a glass of mali plavac and ask the local to tell you the story of Omiš pirates.

Upon request, the pool can be heated except for a period between October 28 to March 31. Fee may apply. Pool is closed until April 3rd, 2026. In 2026 it is closed for the winter season from November 2, 2026 to March 26, 2027.

For transparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
