This air-conditioned villa in Milna, on Croatia’s island of Vis, is set across two buildings and is set up for groups of up to 10 guests. The main house offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with an inner fireplace, and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A smaller house adds a bedroom with two connectable beds and a summer kitchen with dining area. Outdoors, enjoy an outdoor swimming pool (7m x 3m x 1.60m) with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, and BBQ. The sea is about 1m away, with a small paved beach with pier and steps reserved for villa guests; the town of Vis is 8 km away. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; a refundable damage deposit of €1000 is payable on arrival. Pets: 1.
The ground floor of the Villa is designed for daily socializing. This area is full of daylight and it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, living room with sofa, LCD TV, CD and DVD players, inner fireplace, living room and dining room open into a spacious south oriented terrace equipped with garden furniture. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, a storage room and a bathroom with shower.
 
The second floor of the Villa can be accessed in two ways: direct entrance on the north side of the Villa and the internal staircase, which is connected to ground floor. This floor is intended for rest and sleep. On this floor there are 3 comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms with accompanying modern bathrooms with shower or bath tub. One of the rooms consists of a double bed measuring 2m x 1, 40 m, LCD satellite TV, and infallible sea view. The other bedroom has a double bed measuring 2m x 1,80m, LCD satellite TV and French balcony overlooking the sea, while the third bedroom in its composition has a bed size 2m x 2m, LCD satellite TV and terrace with outdoor seating furniture sea view.
 
Another, smaller residential part of this magnificent Villa is only few steps away from the main building. This house is also charming Dalmatian house decorated in Mediterranean style. It consists of one bedroom furnished with 2 beds which can be connected, bathroom with shower, and fully equipped summer kitchen and dining area with table and chairs. The summer kitchen has an essential element of every Dalmatian house – barbecue, where you can prepare tasty grilled specialties.
In addition to beautiful, sunny, stone, gravel, wood and shaded terraces and balconies that this Villa features, there is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, measuring 7m * 3m * 1.60m, located at the bottom of the Villas property, near the sea. Around the pool there are sun loungers, parasols and outdoor sitting furniture where you can enjoy refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine in the evening hours. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower. Property of the Villa is full of small gardens planted with native and Mediterranean plants, which give this sea beauty picture of a small green oasis. Guests are free to have seasonal vegetables from the garden, and prepare them, along with other delicacies, on a nearby barbecue.
 
Only a few meters away, by narrow and landscaped trail, you come to a small, paved beach with a pier and steps for easier access to the sea, only for the guests of the villa Issa.
Luxury Sea Side Villa Issa is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with LCD SAT TV, CD and DVD players and Internet access. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove (2), oven, dishwasher, egg boiler, kettle, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, blender, toaster. There are also iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer and safe. Baby cot is available on request and guests can use pre-paid mobile phone in case of an emergency call. The Villa also offers trampoline for children, table tennis, bicycle (2) and canoes. Villa has 4 sheltered and 2 outdoor parking spaces, and pier for the boat up to 10m. Every day, fresh bakery products are delivered to the Villa.
