The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a living room with SAT TV. Outside, enjoy a main terrace with dining and lounge areas, a Dalmatian grill, and a heated outdoor pool with sun deck, loungers, and an outdoor shower. There is also a children’s entertainment area with a slide, sandpit, and trampoline. The sea is 250 m away as the crow flies (800 m on foot). Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; a €500 damage deposit is payable on arrival and returned on departure.

Upon entering this beautiful villa, from the very beginning you will discover the allure of harmoniously organized clean lines of design, and marvel at the magnificent Brač stone that peacefully enriches this Mediterranean building.

Going through the main gate, you enter the top floor; the second floor of this villa, where you will find a luxury master bedroom which has a queen size bed and a private opulent bathroom with a shower and his and hers washbasins. The master bedroom has its own private terrace with relaxing lounge furniture. The view from this terrace towards the sensational blue horizon will enchant your senses, and time spent on this vacation will fill your body with a feeling not unlike the warmth of the sun's rays. The master bedroom is air conditioned and equipped with SAT TV.

On the same second floor there are also two air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with SAT TV and private south facing terraces. The first of these rooms has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine that is located right next to the room, on this same 2nd floor of the villa. The last room also has 2 twin beds and its private bathroom with shower, which is located on the 1st floor.

A stone staircase lead to the 1st floor of the villa where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a dining area, an indoor fireplace and a living room with a sofa with a large SAT TV.

In between two walls, within just a few steps you can reach the beautiful south terrace. This main terrace is covered with pergolas and furnished with a dining area and a lounge/relaxation area. This spot right here is where you will spend the most memorable moments socializing with your family and friends, while indulging in the delights of Dalmatian cuisine from the grill.

Villa Mimice Equinox’s most attractive attribute is its indispensable heated swimming pool with sun deck and loungers, together with an outdoor shower. The pool will provide you with moments of pure enjoyment and relaxation in the hot summer days, and for any guests who are keen on a recreational challenge, it is possible to enjoy a counter current swim.
