This modern 3-bedroom holiday villa sits on a coastal slope, only 400 meters to the sea, on the outskirts of seaside village Mlini, half-way from Dubrovnik to Cavtat.

Villa Sunshine features a large pool with an infinity edge that perfectly blends with the soothing views of the bluish turquoise Adriatic Sea in front. The set of sunbeds is neatly arranged by the pool so you can soak up the sun and admire wonderful vistas at the same time. In addition, the outdoors of the villa features a covered bar with a cooler for drinks and an alfresco dining table. Here you can truly relax and enjoy outdoor living. 

The whole property encompasses 470 square meters, The residential area stretches over 2 floors and has a surface of 210 square meters. The garden of the villa is fully fenced, thus you will have a great sense of privacy while staying here. 

The stylish and modern living room includes a formal dining table for 6. The Smart TV has a pre-installed Netflix app and comes with satellite channels.

From the living area, you can easily access the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find all utensils and appliances for enjoyable cooking and food storing and preparation. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, kettle, blender, and coffee maker. Moreover, the kitchen has doors that open into the side terrace. There will you find an authentic wood-fired grill and right next to it shaded outdoor dining place.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where the all of 3 bedrooms are.  All bedrooms come with king-size beds and private bathrooms with showers each. Two of the bedrooms share a large terrace with open sea views and a hot tub. The third bedroom has its own balcony and the king-size bed in this bedroom can be separated into two singles if you wish. For babies and toddlers, you will be provided with a baby crib and high chair, with no surcharge.

Furthermore, on the ground floor, you will also find a fitness room with gym equipment, additional bathroom, and laundry facilities. The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

Private parking place is available for 2 cars.  Air conditioning is available in all rooms in the villa. Free Wi-Fi Internet connection available indoors and outdoors of the villa.

Though the distance to the sea and the closest beach is only 400 meters, you need to be aware that the terrain is a bit steep so the way back from the beach would be demanding. Thus, we recommend either having a car or using local transfer services that are pretty affordable.  The nearest good restaurant is only 200 meters away. The grocery store and bakery are 1 kilometer away.

In the nearby area of Villa Sunshine, you will find many beautiful beaches. We recommend Mlini Beach, Srebrno Beach, Astrea Beach, Kupari Beach, and Plat Beach.

The old town of Dubrovnik is 12 km away and visiting Dubrovnik City Walls and viewpoint Hill Srđ is a must when you spend your vacation in the Dubrovnik area.  During the summer, we recommend water activities such as kayaking or sailing.
