Set on a 20,000 m² property in Mlini, this 280 m², two-floor villa is designed for up to 10 guests. Enter via the courtyard into an L-shaped hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a fireplace, plus a double bedroom and a separate shower bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a conservatory overlooking the courtyard garden. Outdoors, enjoy the pool with jacuzzi on a wooden sundeck with sun loungers, an outdoor grill, and a badminton court. The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes satellite TV and Wi‑Fi, plus a washing machine and dryer. Two parking spaces are reserved for guests, and a baby cot and feeder are available. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. A €1,000 damage deposit is required.

Villa Red Rose is approachable from a tree lined avenue. A wall surrounds the villa and guests enter the property via the gate into the spacious courtyard, which is situated in front of the villa and contains deck chairs, outdoor seating/dining furniture and an outdoor grill, indispensable for enjoying delicious Dalmatian cuisine.

Villa Red Rose is entered through the door from the courtyard into an ‘L’ shaped hallway. One part of the hallway leads down to the spacious open plan where a stylish kitchen, dining and lounge area with a fireplace are located. The other side of the hallway leads you to a deluxe double bedroom equipped with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower.

The first floor of Villa Red Rose features four deluxe double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom), each with an en suite bathroom. There is also a conservatory overlooking the courtyard garden, containing a dining area and kitchen facility.

In the spacious yard area, there is a magnificent pool with a wooden sundeck, equipped with deck chairs and sun umbrellas for complete relaxation during the long hot summer days. The villa also features a badminton court where you can test your athletic skills!

Villa Red Rose is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet connection, Hi-Fi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and feeder, barbecue and garden, seating and dining furniture, outdoor pool with a jacuzzi and a wooden sundeck. The villa has a professionally equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, blender and kettle. The villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests.

Distance from the sea is 800 m and it is 5 km from the center of the city of Dubrovnik.
