The Villa Motovun is located in undoubtedly the most beautiful part of Motovun, at the top of the hill, right in the center, just a few steps away from squares with restaurants, a hotel, taverns, bars, cafes, and shops. Yet, it offers absolute tranquility on a quiet street with only a few residents passing by daily. The house’s location in the urban part of Motovun, its westward orientation, and its lavish space of over 200m², featuring four beautiful bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, and additional amenities like a Finnish bio-sauna, a small cocktail pool with heated water, an entertainment area with a pool table and a top-notch sound system, and an outdoor wood-fired grill, guarantee an unforgettable stay at Villa Motovun.

You enter the villa directly into the open space area of the ground floor, where there is a large living room with a beautiful piano for entertainment, a dining room and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you have at your disposal one bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet for guests. The exit from that bedroom, as well as from the living room, leads you to the terrace which offers a magnificent view that stretches endlessly, over boundless vineyards, olive groves, green forests and hills, all the way to the sea.

A modern, black, metal staircase will take you from the ground floor to the first floor, into the sleeping area with three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, wardrobe and closet for storing personal belongings. One of them is the master bedroom, with a large, king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable area for sitting or reading. In that master bedroom there is also a wood-burning fireplace, bringing additional warmth and atmosphere during your stay in the colder months with a book and a glass of high-quality wine, before sleep. Two of the bedrooms also have the possibility of converting their double beds into two single beds upon request.

From the ground floor, right next to the front door, there are stairs taking you down a level, to the tavern, the basement, to a sort of relax/wellness/fun zone and there is also a laudry room with washer and dryer.

In the first room of the tavern, we offer you a stay in a warm Finnish/bio sauna, after which you can immediately enter the shower, as well as a relaxing armchair for resting between any number of sauna cycles.

The following room, the second part of the tavern, is intended for absolute entertainment, socializing and relaxation, where you can play billiards, real darts with a board and chalk for recording scores, a Sony PlayStation, watch games or movies together on the big screen, or just listen to music through a high-quality Hi-Fi device, and all this with a glass of wine, which you can choose yourself in our rich wine stores, offering you carefully selected, wines from local Istrian winemakers, as well as many other top-quality Croatian wines. 

The lower terrace is intended for enjoying and relaxing in a small pool, a so-called cocktail pool or spool. Spool (a combination of SPA and POOL), guarantees a combination of a pool and a hydromassage tub, with all the elements that such a system ought to have – water heating, jet nozzles for hydromassage, etc. That is exactly what our pool is, and right next to it there is a shower for refreshment and hygiene before entering the pool.

The large and wide stairs that lead to the grill easily become a place to sit, and next to them, in the shade of the covered part of the terrace, there is another intimate corner for entertainment and a small bench.
The entire central area of the lower terrace is open and equipped with comfortable deckchairs, for sunbathing during the day or for enjoying the warm evenings. With the breathtaking views that it offers, an unforgettable Istrian experience is guaranteed!
