On the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with dining space and big living room from where you can exit onto the spacious terrace and enjoy your beautifully decorated private estate with hot tub for 5 persons. Spacious bathroom and rooms (two of them have exit to the balcony where you can enjoy beautiful and peaceful view) are on the upper floors. Each room has air conditioning. The advantage of the location is that you hear birds and crickets because you are far away from traffic and noise but on the other hand you are close to city center and beaches which are only 10 min away with car or bus.
