This 4-bedroom villa on the island of Brac is set in a quiet bay about 15 m from the sea, with pebble and sandy beaches nearby. It includes a large swimming pool and jacuzzi, plus a Dalmatian grill and an outdoor fireplace. The pool sun deck area of 100 m2 features deck chairs, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, along with a covered terrace for relaxing and dining. Sleeping arrangements are split between two units, ideal for 8+4 people, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. There is a children’s playground with a sandbox, and a cot and high chair are available upon request. An outdoor parking place is provided, and check-in is at 16:00 with check-out at 10:00; a refundable damage deposit of €300 is payable on arrival (up to 1 pet).

Entering the property of this Dalmatian stone house, you will witness all the riches of the beautiful Dalmatian atmosphere filled with flowers and Mediterranean vegetation. Here, you will find a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and Dalmatian grill, which will invite you to rest and relaxation. The pool sun deck area of 100 m2contains deck chairs, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The beach house also has a covered outdoor terrace with chairs for relaxing and dining. Here, you will find a large outdoor fireplace that will reveal to you all the delicacies of the sea. It is in this fairy-tale place that you will surely spend some of the most wonderful moments of relaxation and enjoyment.

The main house is air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, which has a private bathroom.

The smaller house consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning, LCD TV, and an extra bed for one person.

The yard of the beach house is equipped with a children's playground, including a sandbox for enjoyment.

Beach House Mir is air-conditioned. It has Wi-Fi Internet access, satellite TV, refrigerator, stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, chairs, sun umbrellas, barbecue, children's playground, and a cot and high chair upon request. The house also has parking for its guests.
