Inside, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one double bedroom on the ground floor, plus three bedrooms on the first floor (one double and two single-bed rooms). Wi-Fi is available, and there is air conditioning on the ground floor. The villa is powered by solar energy and has five parking spaces for guests, while the beach in front includes a private boat mooring (up to 20 m). Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

In front of Villa Dalmatino Trogir, you will find a beautiful outdoor area of the villa. It consists of a terrace with a pool, cascade garden, romantic walking trail and another terrace with an outdoor barbecue. On the first level of the villa's outdoor space, there is a spacious stone terrace where the pool is located. The pool area has deck chairs for relaxing and it is beautifully landscaped with plants and olive trees, giving the true spirit of the Mediterranean. From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the endless sea, the bay and nearby islands where you can enjoy yourself while soaking up some vitamin D. Between the terrace with the pool and the terrace with the barbecue, there is a romantic pebble trail, which is perfect for summer relaxing or as a playground for children. By the barbecue, there is a covered dining area with a table and chairs. This area is ideal for family meals and relaxing in the shade with your loved ones. Right next to this terrace, there is another terrace with outdoor sitting furniture perfectly made for lazy summer days and reading a novel. The whole outdoor area is surrounded by a stone wall and landscaped with Mediterranean greenery. An exit from the property leads to the beach, which is directly in front of the villa and it has a private boat mooring (up to 20 m).

From the covered terrace, a glass door leads into the villa. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living area with sitting furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and dining area with a table and chairs. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Spiral wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa. The first floor of the villa is created as a sleeping and relaxing oasis. There are three bedrooms; the first bedroom is with a double bed, the second is with two single beds and the third one is with one single bed. On the same floor, there is a bathroom and working space in the hallway.
